1 APPLICATION for ADMISSION POSTGRADUATE PROGRAM in PROFESSIONAL REAL ESTATE Admission process The Admission Board will conclude based on the application file submitted by the applicant. Would questions arise, candidates could be asked to meet with one of the academic directors for an interview. Admission criteria Participants are professionals with at least 5 year business experience, and holding a university Master diploma. Application file content The file should contain the following: 1. A completed application form (including the Terms & Conditions duly signed) ; 2. An up to date curriculum vitae ; 3. Copies of the diploma s and support documents of your current professional status (if one) ; 4. 1 passport size photo + 1 passport size photo in electronic format (jpeg) ; 5. A copy of the identity card. Enclosures will not be returned. Deadline Admissions decisions will be made on a rolling basis. The final deadline for submitting the applications is 27 th September 2012 (that closing date is subject to seats still available). Upon approval of your application by the Admission Board, you will be asked to settle your payment (wholly or partially) before the start of the program. 7 Terms & conditions Participants are expected to attend all scheduled classes and participate fully in group work where required. The Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management (hereinafter referred to as the School ) and the Polish Council of Shopping Centres (hereinafter referred to as the Council ) reserve the right in their absolute discretion to terminate studies before the end of the programme, if a participant: a) fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions or with other rules and regulations of the School and of the Council; or b) fails to comply with the grading rules of the program; or c) behaves in a manner which is prejudicial to the interests of the School and / or of the Council. In such circumstances, the participant will be liable for the full fee for that academic year (3.000 ). If fee payments are not received by the dates required and no prior arrangements have been made, the participant will be immediately de-registered; A participant who withdraws from the program after the beginning of the courses is liable for the full tuition fee. Cancellations must be received in writing. Based on the date of their notification, the following penalties will be applied: Before the start: pre-payment (1000 ) will not be reimbursed. If the registration is postponed to the following year, such credit will be carried forward. After the start of the program: full registration fees are due (with the possibility to take the program in the next academic year). The program will be launched with at least 20 participants enrolled. If the minimum number of participants is not reached the School and the Council reserve the right to terminate the program. Under such circumstances the tuition fee will be returned. The School and the Council reserve the right to change the schedule, dates, names of professors and the program.
