1 Apple Touch ID iphone 5S and higher users will be able to login to the mobile app using Touch ID. Touch ID is a simple, secure way for you to access the devices described below using built-in, fingerprint-sensor technology. If you have enabled Touch ID on your device, you can use that Touch ID to authenticate into the mobile app. You have the choice if you want to utilize this feature and can turn it on or off at any time. Touch ID is an alternative login credential. If you have forgotten your password, you can still login with Touch ID. After you update the app to version 4.5 from the app store, you will be prompted to set up Touch ID, granted, the device is Touch ID-enabled. If not accepted, you will be prompted one more time after 30 days. After the 30-day period, if you want to enable Touch ID, it can be enabled from the Settings menu location in the More area. 2 You will review the Touch ID settings page before choosing to enable Touch ID. If you select Learn More, then you will view the Touch ID settings page. You will see a confirmation box once it s enabled. Page 2 of 17

3 Once Touch ID has been enabled, you will see a login page that shows a Touch ID theme. Clicking anywhere on the box will enable the Touch ID login prompt. The login box can be swiped if you want to use your User Name and Password to log in instead. You can disable Touch ID in the Settings menu of the Mobile Banking App. You can also un-enroll all fingerprints or disable the device passcode from the device s Settings menu. NOTES: This feature is only supported for iphone version 5s and above. Touch ID will be available on the ipad in an upcoming release, scheduled for the 3 rd quarter of If you try to log in using Touch ID, but cannot provide a valid fingerprint after five tries, you must enter your device passcode to re-enable Touch ID. Mobile Deposit Check History You will be able to see the status of current and past deposits all in one location on the iphone and Android phone apps. When you access the Deposit Check area on the app, you can view your deposit history under the History tab. 180 days of history will be available for viewing, including real-time check status (pending, accepted, rejected) deposit information and the front and back of check images. When the deposit is touched, deposit information and the check image will display. If you touch the check image, a larger image displays. Page 3 of 17

4 If Presidio Bank has rejected the check and provided a reason, the rejection reason will be included in the history, under the notes area. Page 4 of 17

5 NOTE: The ability for you to send an confirmation from your own account at the end of the deposit process has been removed from iphone and Android phones because of the release of Check History. ipads still have this ability until the 3 rd quarter release, but Android tablet will not. Both the ipad and Android tablet will receive the Check History in the 3 rd quarter release. Mobile Deposit for Android Tablet You will be able to deposit checks using their Android table. The tablet must have a rear-facing camera of at least 1 megapixel. Page 5 of 17

6 Temporary Password Reset When you have received and use a temporary ebanking password, you will be prompted to change your password before continuing onto the app (phone and tablet). This will not affect ALL users, only those who have received a temporary password. Prior to this release, all password changes had to be done in the browser version of ebanking. Once you enter the temporary password, you will be prompted to change your password and view the password requirements. If you are not on version 4.5 or after the feature, you will receive an error message advising to upgrade the app when you attempt to log in. The error message text is Your password is no longer valid. Update your app to change your password. You will need to update the app and then attempt to log in again. 8 Security Update Currently, you have to initially login to ebanking to set your User ID and Password prior to using Mobile App Banking. With this release, Mobile only users that have not logged in to ebanking can login to Mobile App Banking to setup User ID and Password. NOTE: This feature will be released automatically 30 days after the release date of August 7, Page 8 of 17

9 Add a Bill Pay Payee You will be able to add a new bill pay payee from your iphone or Android phone. The flow will be the same as for ebanking. Flow: 1. After tapping pay bills from the navigation, select the Make a new payment option. 2. To add a new payee, you will either search/find the payee or manually enter the payee and click Add. 3. You have entered Ka. This will search the Bill Pay vendor databases and return the relevant payees. These search results appear below the search box: a. As you continue to type more characters of the payee s name, the results will be further refined. If the desire payee is shown, you can select the payee name. b. Note: You can also click add in the upper right hand corner if they cannot find the payee for whom they are looking. It is recommended that you use the relevant search result, if applicable, to ensure that you get the bet experience possible. Page 9 of 17

10 4. If the payee is selected from the Bill Pay vendor database, you will complete either the two-factor or threefactor validation screen depending on the information required by the payee. 5. You will have to complete the six-factor validation if there are no such results displayed or if they tap add on the add payee search page. If you are unable to successfully complete the two or three-factor validation, you will be prompted to complete the six-factor validation. Page 10 of 17

11 6. Once the payee has been added, you can either complete the payment information to make a payment or navigate away from this flow. Tapping the back button in the upper left hand corner takes you back to the payee list screen. You will experience the same flow as they do today when you tap the Pay button. You may encounter the following error messages when adding a new payee. Error Example 1: The error occurs when you enter information into either two or three-factor page and the bill pay vendor is not able to successfully validate with a known payee. You then receive this display informing them that they will need to enter the full address of the payee to continue. Page 11 of 17

12 Error Example 2: This is an example of what the page would look like when there are error with the fields that an end user has attempted to submit. Possible error message are: Invalid Payee name. Provide a valid name. Invalid Payee nickname. Please provide a valid nickname. Invalid account number provided. Invalid address. Invalid state provided. Invalid country provided. Invalid zip code provided. Invalid phone number provided. Error Example 3: This is the error message you would see if you attempt to add a payee that already exists. Page 12 of 17

13 Push Notifications for Banking Alerts Mobile Banking Release You will be able to setup and receive push notifications for banking alerts from their iphone and Android phone apps. Note: Push notifications is not supported on Amazon Fire phone at this time. You can enable push notifications for banking alerts from the Settings page of the app. When you click on the Push Notification option in the Settings page, push notification feature will be enabled for the app. For each account, the eligible banking alerts will display on the push notification setting page. You can select to receive push notification for an individual alert by clicking on the on/off toggle. Page 13 of 17

14 You may also enable push notification for banking alerts from the Messages page. The body of the message will say: Get notifications for Law Balance, Balance Update, Large Withdrawal, Large Deposit & more. Clicking on the message will enable default push notifications and navigate you to the push notification settings page. Page 14 of 17

15 For Low Balance, High Balance, Large Deposit, and Large Withdrawal alerts, you will be able to set the threshold that triggers the alert when the push notification is turned on. For Payment Due, Payment Overdue, and Maturity Reminder alerts, users will be able to set how many days before the due date the alert should be sent. For Balance Update alert, you will be able to toggle the push notification on/off. The frequency of the alert will default to once a week on Friday. If you have already set up the alert in ebanking with a different frequency, the push notification will be sent based on the existing frequency. To change the frequency, you must log into your ebanking account. If you have previously set up banking alerts within ebanking, existing alerts will be displayed on the push notification settings page. Message Center A new message center is now available on iphone and Android phones. The Message Center serves two purposes: Notify you about new features in the app Notify you when new banking alerts are received and display the alert history You can access the Message Center from the app s navigation menu. A red badge is displayed next to the Messages in the navigation menu indicating the number of new messages, including push notifications and new feature notifications. The badge is cleared after you navigate to the message center to view the messages. Page 15 of 17

16 In the message center, the What s new in this version section displays new feature notifications. The 7-day history of banking alerts is displayed underneath. The new feature notifications are displayed to users who have upgraded from a previous version of the app. New users installing the app for the first time will not see these notifications. 17 Loan Overpayment Options When you are making a loan payment, the type will default to regular payment. If you select Type, they will see the overpayment options available. Page 17 of 17
