Apartments Apartment living eliminates yard care, home maintenance and climbing stairs and can increase social contact as well as reduce housing costs. Green County offers a variety of rental housing for all income levels. Adult Family Homes Adult Family Homes are small group homes consisting of 4 or fewer residents and certified by the county or state. Community Based Residential Facilities (CBRF)- A CBRF is a group home which offers meals, housekeeping and help with personal tasks like bathing and dressing. Residential Care Apartment Complexes (RCAC)-Sometimes referred to as Assisted Living Facility, these Apartment complexes provide individuals a home-like environment. In addition residents are able to access up to 28 hours per week of supportive personal and nursing services. Nursing & Rehabilitation Facility Facilities that offer skilled nursing care when extensive personal care and medical needs exist.
