Eligibility Requirements: Must be 60 or older for the Senior Center and need to either call or come to the Senior center to fill out an application for enrollment.

Services Provided: Home Delivered Meals/ Medicaid Waivers/Senior Centers/ Legal assistance/ Outreach/ Insurance Counseling/ Alzheimer's Support Group/ Alzheimer's Respite Services/ Prescription Drug Assistance Eligibility Requirements: Different qualifications for each program.
