Yeast Infection Treatments The Express Lane to Relief The simple 24 hour Home Treatment for your localized Yeast Infection. Fast Track road to recovery Feel free to customize these methods with any of the products mentioned above. The following treatments have proven successful for me and my customers, but you can add things if you like. Jock Itch and skin yeast infections First things first, following the above steps to rid yourself of Candida, will dramatically increase your chances with any form of yeast infection, in many cases changing your diet is all that is needed to kill off a yeast infection. Whether you have Tinea or a yeast infection you need to increase your helper bacteria and immune system, to do this I suggest taking 4 pills a day of any Acidophilus pills containing 25 billion good bacteria in each capsule, (I used Inner Health Plus) You need to take 4 pills a day for the first week, at which time your rash should be gone or close to it. Then you need to take 2 pills a day for the next 1-2 weeks, as there will still be some bacteria there although the rash has gone. After this you can take a maintenance dose of 1 pill a day to maintain a healthy level of good bacteria. Copyright Luke Lister Page 1
The Application First 2 minutes of morning: Clean the area with water or normal soap, not antibacterial soap as this kill the good bacteria fighting the infection. Then dry yourself with a clean towel. 5 minutes Spread live culture yogurt over the area, (or try diluted tea tree oil or Raw Honey for something different). Let it sit for 5 minutes then wipe it off, don t wash yourself again, let the enzymes do their work. 30 minutes My key success was Apple Cider Vinegar, however I didn t want to go to work smelling of vinegar, so in the morning half an hour after I got up, I used salty water to dry out the skin. To do this, dissolve as much salt as you can in as little water as possible. Boil the jug or use hot water from the tap, and add a desert spoon of salt (sea salt is best but I used normal table salt) to about a quarter of a cup of hot water, and stir it through until dissolved. Important: test how hot it is before you apply it, make sure it has cooled down enough (the hot water is just meant to help dissolve the salt, you don t need it to be hot to apply). Then spread it over the rash and surrounding area, and dry it out with a hair dryer, (don t dry yourself with a towel, let the salt dry on your skin) your skin should turn white, dry and powdery. This is good because by drawing out the moisture the fungi can t survive Once you are dry yourself, apply some baby powder to stay dry at work, and wear loose clothing throughout the day. Hour 4 to 8 If you don t have to work, you can go straight onto using the vinegar method in the morning, and repeat 3 to 4 times a day. If you do work, then as soon as you come home from work you should apply this vinegar method. Copyright Luke Lister Page 2
Apply some apple cider vinegar to the rash and surrounding area, you can use a cotton ball or just your hand. Then use a hair dryer on warm, (not hot, you don't want to sweat) to dry out the area (don't use a towel to wipe off the vinegar, you want the vinegar to dry out on the skin). The vinegar changes the P.H level of the skin, which is required to kill off any fungi by altering their environment to be more alkaline, which makes it an inhospitable place for them. But only use apple cider vinegar as it contains live enzymes that digest organisms. Hour 12 to 15 Before you go to bed at night have a shower and clean yourself with normal soap, NOT antibacterial soap, this will kill the good bacteria trying to help you fight the bad bacteria. Then dry yourself thoroughly with a clean towel. (Remember to wash your towels regularly for the next 2 weeks, everyday if you can) Then re apply the last vinegar step. If you want you can even soak in a bath first, simply add about a half a cup of Apple Cider Vinegar to your lukewarm bath water and relax in it. Then dry yourself off, and apply the Apple Cider Vinegar directly to the site, and dry it out with a hairdryer on warm or cool (not hot). You can get apple cider vinegar here. Hour 15 to 24 (sleep time) Don't cover yourself in blankets at night making you sweat. Remember not catch a cold if you live in a cool area, just don t overheat yourself at night. You can also try getting a little sun on the area throughout the day, just make sure not to sweat, or burn the area, the sweat will counteract the good the sun does. After you apply these methods throughout the day, (at least 3 times a day, cleaning and drying the area thoroughly before you do) you should apply a powder like baby powder, to keep the area dry between applications. You should also wear lose fitting clothing, and allow air to reach the site throughout the day, try wearing boxers instead of briefs. You should notice the difference by morning, however severe yeast infections may take a few days to remove. I would also suggest Copyright Luke Lister Page 3
repeating these methods for 3 days after the symptoms have cleared, if you want to be really sure it s gone, there is no harm continuing the methods for a week or more later. Vaginal yeast infections (You should follow these 2 points from above first) 1: First things first, following the above steps to rid yourself of Candida, will dramatically increase your chances with any form of yeast infection, in many cases changing your diet is all that is needed to kill off a yeast infection. 2: You need to increase your helper bacteria and immune system, to do this I suggest taking 4 pills a day of any Acidophilus pills containing 25 billion good bacteria in each capsule, (I used Inner Health Plus) You need to take 4 pills a day for the first week, at which time your rash should be gone or close to it. Then you need to take 2 pills a day for the next 1-2 weeks, as there will still be some bacteria there although the rash has gone. After this you can take a maintenance dose of 1 pill a day to maintain a healthy level of good bacteria. Then you can do two things First you can create a garlic tampon. Peel a fresh clove of garlic, (if you nick it, it might burn) then wrap the garlic in a thin piece of gauze or cheese cloth, leaving a tail that you can twist at the end, then insert it into the vagina like a tampon, it can be more effective if you don't wrap the garlic, but many women like to wrap it. You must remove the garlic every 3-5 hours, don't leave the same piece in too long. You can repeat this process for as long as the symptoms appear. Try dipping a tampon in yogurt and after you remove your garlic tampon, insert the yogurt one for up to an hour, then replace with another garlic tampon for the next 3 to 5 hours. Copyright Luke Lister Page 4
(You can even freeze the yogurt in a plastic tampon applicator or in the finger of a glove, then insert the frozen yogurt as the tampon so it goes in easy and melts inside. This will get the live culture inside, and can be soothing. You will have to clean yourself up before inserting the next garlic tampon.) The next thing you can do is prepare a solution of 4 tbsp of apple cider vinegar, With 1 tbsp of Acidophilus culture or 1/4 cup of yogurt with live strains of bacteria. With 4 drops of tea tree oil And a liter of warm water Next lay on a warm towel in an empty bathtub, or where ever you feel most comfortable, and place the warm solution in a douche bag, syringe, meat baster, or small natural sponge, and insert into the vagina, leave it in for as long as you can, repeat twice a day until infection clears up. Try using this method in between the garlic tampons mentioned above for the best results. Make sure to keep plenty of air circulating around the vagina as much as possible, make sure you wear cotton underwear, and loose clothing. Cotton allows the vagina to breathe, where as material like nylon does not. Also try sleeping naked at night, with the blankets off. (Only if temperature permits, don't get sick from being too cold at night) You should clear up mild yeast infections in 24 hours, but severe ones may take a few days to completely remove. You can still continue the treatment the following day or 2 later to kill off any residing yeast if you want to be sure. If the above doesn t work place a fresh clove of garlic in the blender with 130ml of water to liquefy it. Then strain the mixture through close-woven cheesecloth, and add enough water to make 500ml, then douche with 100ml every night before bed. You can use this alone or in conjunction with the above methods. Copyright Luke Lister Page 5
For Athletes Foot - Nail Fungus - and stubborn Infections Use the same treatment and advice as for jock itch, but instead of patting on the apple cider vinegar, try soaking the area for 5 to 10 minutes 3 times a day, before drying the area off with a hair dryer. Depending where the site of the infection occurs you may find it difficult to soak, if it is in the groin for instance, you may have to mix up a batch of green tea with a few teaspoons of tea tree oil, and sit in a small kids bath, pool, or large enough bucket for 5-10 minutes. Then dry the area completely, and apply the apple cider vinegar with a cotton ball, and use a hair dryer to dry it out. You can also have a bath with half a cup of Apple Cider Vinegar mixed in with your lukewarm bath water, before applying the Apple Cider Vinegar directly. For athletes foot and nail fungus you can also try applying 3 % hydrogen peroxide or soak the area in a solution of watered down hydrogen peroxide for 2-5 minutes, after which you should have killed any surface bacteria, then you can soak in apple cider vinegar as before. Always remember to keep the area as dry as possible and allow as much air to pass over the area as possible throughout the day, if this is impossible apply a powder to the feet to keep them dry throughout the day, and take off your shoes as soon as you can. Also try putting chopped garlic in your shoes at night to kill off any bacteria that resides there. You could also try a garlic juice soaked gauze for stubborn infections, this might irritate it a bit at first. Leave it on for 24 hours then remove it, at this stage it will probably look worse, so you can try apple cider vinegar for the next 2 days then try the gauze again. The gauze can cause a small reaction at first flaring it up, however it will kill the problem soon enough. Copyright Luke Lister Page 6
Mouth Yeast Infections First things first, following the above steps to rid yourself of Candida, will dramatically increase your chances with any form of yeast infection, in many cases changing your diet is all that is needed to kill off a yeast infection. Remember that a mouth, throat or tongue infection or thrush, is brought on by a deeper Candida infection. You need to increase your helper bacteria and immune system, to do this I suggest taking 4 pills a day of any Acidophilus pills containing 25 billion good bacteria in each capsule, (I used Inner Health Plus) You need to take 4 pills a day for the first week, at which time your rash should be gone or close to it. Then you need to take 2 pills a day for the next 1-2 weeks, as there will still be some bacteria there although the rash has gone. After this you can take a maintenance dose of 1 pill a day to maintain a healthy level of good bacteria. Next Then you need to consume as much raw crushed garlic as you can possible stand. The garlic is good for you, and will kill the infection in the mouth, and anything else as it slides down your throat. You should then hold a tablespoon of plain cultured yogurt, with no additives, sugar or color, in your mouth for about 5 minutes, for at least four times per day. Copyright Luke Lister Page 7
