2 When a customer chooses a matched pattern fabric, it is a special hand-cut order. For cost efficiencies, our Pattern Department always tries to get the best yield out of the leather hides. Norwalk offers many thread colors to match its fabrics. We have the best warranty in the industry because Norwalk s engineers specify the greatest construction for each individual piece. Precision sewing of welts assures uniformity. Norwalk s sewers have many years of experience. Each piece is hand-built by expert craftsmen so you can expect unsurpassed quality. When the customer brings her own fabric to you, Special Applications will process the order. Norwalk fabricates its Qualux premium cushions, which are cut from a full bun of foam using an electric saw blade. We have 3 sizes of nailhead trim, specific to style, available in 4 colors. Qualux topper density: Qualux core density: Extra-Firm, Spring & Down, and Comfort Down options are also available.

A seat upholsterer hand-sews the seating deck to the springs, which is done by manufacturers of the finest furniture.

6 Wood trims are sanded, stained to the customer s selected finish color (9 available), and varnished.
