3 THE MERLIN RANGE... perfectly suited for Dialysis Centres, Oncology Units, Day Centres and many other departments NHS & Healthcare Collection Camelot furniture has been widely used by NHS trusts since 1996 to provide a specialist range of both manually and electrically operated lift and recline chairs. Our Merlin NHS chairs are specifically designed for hospitals and the healthcare sector offering ultimate comfort and durability, whilst meeting the hygiene standards for infection control. Versatile enough to meet patients needs in areas such as Chemotherapy, ENT, Maternity and Day Case Centres. The Merlin is available as a Manual, Single, Trendelenburg Dual, Tilt In Space Dual and Quad Motor Bariatric Chair. As an additional feature, the Merlin can recline fully to a sleeping position with an optional emergency quick release lever to override the motor, this also enables CPR procedures. Camelot are the pioneers of this emergency system which will enable the backrest to recline to the horizontal position with immediate effect. Our chairs have a weight capacity of 25 stone (160kg) as standard and up to 70 stone (450kg) in our bariatric chair range. Supplied in a wide range of extremely durable waterproof fabrics with antimicrobial and anti-fungal protection, our recliners are stain resistant and easy to clean using a bleach solution. All Waterfall Back pillows are removable on zips for CPR procedures.
