3 REQUIREMENTS FOR ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATE OF PROFICIENCY (COP) FOR RATINGS FORMING PART OF A NAVIGATIONAL WATCH (II/4) AND ABLE SEAFARER DECK (II/5) Ratings Fming Part Of A Navigational Watch (II/4) (Bosun, AB, OS, Deck Fitter, Deck Trainee, Deck Pumpman) Able Seafarer Deck (II/5) (Bosun, AB, OS, Deck Fitter, Deck Pumpman) 3. Seagoing service of not less than six (6) months. If less than 6 months of sea going service, candidate must undergo training f Ratings Fming Part of Navigational Watch submit Transcript of Recds from Maritime School The issuance of Deck Watchkeeping Certificate will depend on the seagoing service and the appropriate department where the seafarers served. 3. Seagoing service of not less than eighteen (18) months in the Deck Department not less than twelve (12) months in the Deck Department, shall submit Attestation of In-Service Experience * The issuance of AB Deck Certificate will depend on the seagoing service and the appropriate department where the seafarers served. * Until such time that the Administration has promulgated an Approved Training in accdance with Section A-II/5 of the STCW Code F Catering Department as such: Chief Cook, Cook, Messman, Galley Boy, Galley Trainee, CATOS: Other Certificates such as National Certificate (NC) I, II, III will be issued by TESDA.

Seagoing service of not less than six (6) months. If less than 6 months of sea going service, candidate must undergo training f Ratings Fming Part of Engineering Watch submit Transcript of Recds from Maritime School 3.
