The pressure used can be gentle, moderate or deep, depending upon your preference. ABHYANGA A long stroke gentle pressure relaxing treatment which uses medicated oil. Allow two hands to transform you with herbally infused hot oils and liberally applied to the body through long smooth massage strokes of medium pressure. It is the ultimate release that liberates balance in both body and mind. This unsurpassed stress reliever calms you to the core renewing energy and inner vision. DEEP TISSUE This massage reaches the tension retaining areas of the muscle tissues in the back, neck, shoulders and legs. A natural, aromatic, muscle-relaxing blend of indigenous oils is applied with the help of a warm herbal poultice to ease away all your strain and tension. 6 SPA INFORMATION FACILITIES WelcomWellness - The Spa offers four individual therapy rooms and one couple room for men & women with lockers. We provide robes, towels, slippers and personal amenities. STORING VALUABLES While lockers are provided to guests using the Spa, we recommend you leave valuable items in the safe provided in your room. CANCELLING A RESERVATION We request guests to give us a four hour cancellation notice to avoid a 50% surcharge. A 'no show' will incur a 100% surcharge. THERAPIST GENDER Please feel free to request either a male or female therapist for your treatment. However, we would like to bring to your notice that all our therapists are professionally trained and will offer you the highest standard of service with continuous consideration for your comfort.
