2 Conditions of entry The organiser/committee of Chittering Riding Club reserve the right to cancel, alter or combine any events they deem necessary on the day without assigning a reason. Insurance: all competitors must either be current EWA, Pony Club Association of WA or CRC members, or pay $10 day liability fee. All riders must sign a dangerous activity waiver or a disclaimer form (including lead rein handlers). Riders must wear a current approved safety helmet (AS/NZS ) and riding boots at all times whilst mounted on their horse or pony. Rider s age will be at the say of the event. Competitors must compete in one ring only. LEAD REIN: rider not to have competed off lead, handler must be 18yrs and older. NO DOGS ALLOWED ON THE GROUNDS. Rider will be eliminated if dogs have been brought onto ground. Judge decision on the day is final. CRC: and its committee, judge,officials, DO NOT ACCEPT any liability for any accident, loss, damage, illness or injury to horses, owners, riders, spectators or any other persons property what so ever, Entry to the grounds is at your own risk. By entering this event you are agreeing to pick up your horse s manure, hay and your own litter. Failure to do so will result in possible refusal of entry to any future events. No EFT facilities available on the day
