19 Vacuum Power Switching Compartment Safety Interlocks Compartment door is interlocked with the circuit breaker / contactor truck such that: The unit cannot be racked in until the door is closed and The door can not be opened when the unit is in the Service position Breaker Secondary contact block interlocked such that: It can only be removed when the unit is in the Test position.and The unit cannot operate unless it is plugged in
