A secure web browser interface enables authorized users single login access to the entire monitoring network. The easy-to-use graphical interface provides network wide visibility of status, alarms and events, and statistics dashboards as well as schedule configuration backups or firmware updates. Easily access any switch on the network by selecting it on TITANXR s map or list view, providing all switch WEBX/XR features directly on a tab within TITANXR. In addition the TitanMobile application is available for android tablets and smartphones, providing a remote graphical display to status, alarms and events within the monitoring network. MAP AND LIST VIEWS: TITANXR lists the monitoring network switches in map and list formats, giving a quick visual indication of status (green, yellow, red) of every switch in the network. Hover over any switch to view alerts, or right click to open the switch WEBX/XR GUI in a tab to access the entire switch feature set. EVENTS SUMMARY: View a summary of all events within the APCON switch network. This customizable summary can be sorted by several fields including date/time, event type, IP address, and system name to quickly find and resolve monitoring issues. STATUS SUMMARY: Users can select a customizable dashboard chart for the summary screen, for example traffic from a core router or to a critical monitoring tool, providing traffic graphs for key ports.

3 FULL SWITCH GUI ACCESS TITANXR provides easy access to all switch features by opening WEBX/XR GUI tabs when users right click on any switch. Within a single screen users can jump from global view to one or more switch interfaces simply by selecting the desired tab. NEW SWITCH FIRMWARE, NO PROBLEM: TITANXR tabs for switch GUI screens immediately support new INTELLAFLEX XR and INTELLAPATCH 3000 firmware versions and new features, providing full switch access directly within TITANXR. Gone are potential delays and the complexity of synchronizing management and firmware versions, greatly simplifying large deployments and system upgrades. OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY: TITANXR and switch WEBX/XR graphical user interfaces have a common look and feel, reducing training and increasing operational efficiency. CUSTOMIZE SWITCH DASHBOARDS Create statistics dashboards for any switch port(s) to view utilization, trends and traffic type graphs up to the last 60 days. Select the port(s), packet, RMON, and traffic to graph over the desired time interval in line, bar graph or pie chart formats. MONITOR TOOL UTILIZATION: In addition to tracking traffic from a key switch or router, dashboards make it easy to monitor the utilization and trending of critical traffic analysis tools. SCHEDULE EVENTS TITANXR and APCON switch backups, updates and reports can be scheduled and viewed within TITANXR, simplifying routine maintenance across a large network. The schedule calendar provides a list of all scheduled events. SYSTEM BACKUPS: Schedule TITANXR and/or multiple switch backups immediately, daily, weekly or monthly with storage of the last 10 backups for each device. Switch backups include configuration options of XML or CLI format, and the optional backup of local user accounts. FIRMWARE UPDATES: TITANXR makes it easy to view current switch firmware and update to the latest version. Schedule one or multiple switch updates during a maintenance window.

4 ENTERPRISE CLASS SECURITY TITANXR combines the simplicity of single user multisystem access with enterprise class security. TACACS+ and Radius secure user administration is combined with AAA authentication, secure HTTPS/SSH transmission and session time-out enforcement. PERMISSION CONTROL: User permission control for administrator, advanced, operator and guest users includes enable/disable features per user group, for flexible permission control. ACTIVITY LOGS: TITANXR tracks login, logout, failed attempts and activity times logging the last 100 activity events for every user, enabling administrators to view current and recent user activity.

5 The TITANMobile app software for android tablets and smartphones complements TITANXR by providing real time status of the APCON monitoring network remotely. This helps reduce time-to-resolution by giving technical staff a complete bird s eye view into the network at all times. GLOBAL VIEW: Map and list views of the entire monitoring network provide quick visual indication of status (green, yellow, red). Simply tap any system on the network to view further detail of alerts and switch information. EVENTS DETAIL: Touch the event strip to view and scroll through a list of network events or alarms, tap on the alert to see the detailed event reason, condition and time frame. SWITCH DETAIL: Scroll through a list of all monitoring switches, see alert status, and touch a switch to display details of the system, blade, power, and firmware.
