2 Regulation 443/2009 Art.8 MS shall record information of each vehicles and make it available to the OEM. Data reported to the COM by 28 February. COM calculate average emission by 30 June and notify the OEM. COM shall put the data in a public register. OEM may notify errors to COM within 3 months. COM confirms data by 31 October. MS shall report the number of fuel station providing sustainable E85 fuel
