6 Planning Principals The service is absolutely equal to all transport modes and operators Primary will be offered the transport mode asked by the customer The departures will be listed by the departure or arriving time according to the request To the customer will be offered at least one departure from all transport modes if available in a reasonable service level The user access will be planned similar to the operators service
