University Properties of Finland was founded in 2009, in accordance with the University system renewal in Finland to capitalize the Universities, outside the greater Helsinki area. The financial solidity of the company is formed by owning and developing the properties which the Universities use and pay the rent for. Company offers appropriate and affordable premises for Universities and also develops it s property fortune for other companies to let who need appropriate premises. Company s goal is to create lucrative and sustainable campus surroundings for learning and innovation, that supports the success of the universities also measured in an international level.
