1 TERMS AND CONDITIONS PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE USING THE SERVICES OF THIS WEB SITE. THIS IS A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND THE HP TONER PROMOTION ESTABLISHING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS UNDER WHICH THIS WEB SITE MAY BE USED. USE OF HP CC388A, CC388AD, Q2612A & Q2612AF TONER PROMOTION SERVICE IMPLIES THAT YOU ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS It is your responsibility to read and understand the information provided on these pages before you participate in the HP Toner Promotion. These pages are frequently updated. Further, it is your responsibility to check these pages regularly to determine whether the restrictions have been modified. If you do not agree to any such modification, you must immediately cease participation in this program. The program 1. The HP Toner Promotion (hereinafter called the "Programme") offered by Hewlett-Packard India Sales Pvt. Ltd (hereinafter called "HP") for customers in India wherein purchase of eligible HP Toner cartridge SKUs will entitle the customer to get a chance to participate in the Programme and get assured gifts.(hereinafter called "Rewards"). 2. The Program will be effective from 1st October 2013 till 31 st December 2013 and shall serve as an ongoing or continuing Program for HP's participants until HP terminates the Program. 3. Participation is available to all Most Valuable Customers ( MVC ) and Small and medium scale businesses ( SMB ) and other customers who purchase and consume Qualifying HP Toner cartridges in India. "Qualifying HP Toner cartridges" means original selected HP LaserJet print cartridges in the most current Programme product catalogue or eligible products listing published at the Programme website. 4. The Qualified HP LaserJet cartridge will carry a sealed 10 digit Unique Code (hereinafter called "Unique Code"), which will contain a unique serial number and will be used for registration on the programme website. Eligibility and Participation 1. The Customers who are purchasing HP CC388A, CC388AD, Q2612A or Q2612AF toners between 1st October 2013 and 31 st December 2013 are eligible to participate in this programme. The rewards can be claimed till 15 th January, If in HP's sole opinion, a Customer abuses any of the program privileges, fails to comply with any of the terms and conditions herein or makes any misrepresentation to HP, HP reserves the right to terminate the Customer's participation in the program or revoke all the rewards that have been earned by the Customer. HP's decision shall be final and conclusive. 3. Customer must provide his / her contact details including current physical address, valid address and phone number to ensure that all programme communications are sent to the proper address. A Customer must notify the Program Centre immediately about any change in the name or contact details including address, , and phone by giving written notice of such changes with valid proof(s). 4. Normal consumers can avail maximum 5 rewards and other customers namely MVC and SMB (registered with HP) can avail maximum 10 rewards. The MVC and SMB will be validated basis their registration status with HP. Beyond this registered list available with HP, every participant will be considered as a normal consumer and will be entitled to maximum 5 rewards during the promotion period.

2 Earning Rewards: Assured Gift: 1. With every purchase of qualifying HP Toner print cartridges through HP authorized retailers and resellers in India, participants will be able to earn assured gifts. "Qualifying HP Toner print cartridges" means original HP LaserJet Toner print cartridges or eligible products listing published at the Program website. 2. Participants must buy eligible toners and register the unique code(s) at the time of registering on the programme website. 3. Assured gift will only be processed once unique code(s) are verified. 4. For each Unique Code used by a participant, the participant is required to keep all proof of purchase documents for verification of claims by the Programme Centre, if required, for a period of TWELVE (12) months from the date of registration of Unique Code (in accordance with the registration procedures specified in the Unique Code) or until such time that all document have been duly submitted for verification. These shall include: HP shall at all times reserve the right to request for additional proof of purchase documents for verification purposes. 5. For each Unique Code used by all types of participants, the address, phone number and address provided must be valid; otherwise, HP reserves the right to decline the rewards. 6. HP reserves the right to withhold Reward that HP and its agency suspect are purposively or intentionally resold, with participation suspended from Program activities for assessment until further notice. 7. HP reserves the right to change the basis on which Reward are awarded (including number of Amount rewarded) at any time, with or without notice, at HP's sole discretion. 8. Reward have no cash value, and are not exchangeable for cash. Rewards cannot be sold, purchased, assigned or transferred, except as specifically provided in the terms herein or as may be allowed in special Program(s) by HP at its sole discretion. Rewards Fulfilment 1. After verification and approving the claim, options of Electronic Gift coupons available under the program would be sent within 10 days to all the qualified customers on the mobile number provided at the time of submitting the claim. 2. You would need to send your gift voucher preference to the designated short code (given in the same SMS choice of Electronic Gift Coupons) from the same registered mobile number within 7 days of receiving the SMS (Electronic Gift Coupon Options). 3. Post the receipt of the confirmatory SMS from the participant, the preferred egv (electronic gift voucher) would be sent on the same registered mobile number. If for whatever reason, the egv is not delivered within 24 hrs of sending your egv preference to the short code, the matter needs to be reported within 10 working days to the program center, otherwise HP reserves the right to decline request for re-issuance of the egv. 4. In-case of any query, the participant can reach the program cell through or helpline i.e.hptoner@accentiv.co.in and In cases where the Gift voucher is not available from the vendor at the time of calming the reward, an alternate GV of the same value would be sent post taking the participant consent on it.

Neither HP nor Program Centre will be responsible or liable for the Electronic Gift Voucher being misused on account of the recipient sharing the Gift Voucher details with anyone either intentionally or by accident. 7. All products / services bought using the egv s would be cover by the standard T&C, warranties etc. of the brand, the operation of the products / services or any damage, loss or bodily injury arising from usage of the products / services. All product warranties or queries on the products / services should be referred to the original supplier or manufacturer directly. Any dispute concerning the products / services (quality or otherwise whatsoever) shall be settled between participant and the supplier or manufacturer concerned that supplied the products / services. Other than any limited warranty that HP may give in respect of its own products, HP is neither liable for any products warranty issues nor for the quality or suitability of the same and will bear no responsibility for resolving such disputes or for the dispute itself. 8. No request for sending a duplicate gift coupon / gift voucher would be entertained. 9. No change of gift voucher selected post the conformation sent by the customer would be entertained. 10. The reward options may be changed from time to time basis the availability of the rewards being offered with or without notice and without having to give any reasons for doing so. 11. Different types of rewards from different brands have their own set of Terms and Conditions and the reward winner needs to follow the set terms and conditions given & defined by the respective brands. 12. In this program all the gift vouchers (Rewards) are Electronic Gift Vouchers. Hence the participant has to register his/ her valid mobile numbers only. 13. Customers will be entitled to a gift voucher worth INR 400 upon purchase of: a. Two units of HP 12A toner (Q2612A), or b. Two units of HP 88A toner (CC388A), or c. One unit of HP 88AD toner (CC388AD), or d. One unit of HP 12AF toner (Q2612AF) 14. Customers will be entitled to free extended printer warranty worth INR 1500 upon purchase of: a. Three units of HP 12A toner (Q2612A), or b. Three units of HP 88A toner (CC388A), or c. Two unit of HP 88AD toner (CC388AD), or d. Two unit of HP 12AF toner (Q2612AF) General 1. Information provided by participants gathered at the point of Program enrolment or as a result of participant s Rewards, purchases and other transactions made in the Program will be used by HP for administering the Program, marketing planning, research and other related marketing Program purposes and HP may pass such information to its authorized service providers for Program management, data processing, rewards management and analysis and other purposes related to the Program. By acceptance of and participation in the Program, participants have consented to such use. 2. The HP Toner program cell or HP or agency on behalf of HP can communicate with the participant on his/ her registered mobile. 3. The information may also be used to communicate news and a promotion to the participants by HP. Participant has the right to decline to receive such communication by contacting the Program Centre at any time.

HP reserves the right to cancel or revise or suspend the Program or the terms and conditions herein at any time it deems necessary with or without notice and without having to give any reasons for doing so. HP may (but shall not be obliged to) give advance notice to participants in the manner it deems appropriate in the event it decides to cancel, revise or suspend the Program or the terms and conditions stated herein. Program terms and conditions in the Program website shall be most updated and final. HP s failure to enforce a particular term and condition does not constitute a waiver of that term and condition by HP. HP assumes no responsibility for any claims, losses, costs, expenses or damages of whatever nature resulting from the Rewards. 5. Suspected or actual fraud and/or suspected or actual abuse relating to the program may result in immediate forfeiture of accumulated rewards as well as termination of Customer's participation in the program in addition to any other rights or remedies may have whether in law or equity. 6. All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the Program or the Rewards will be determined by HP at its sole discretion. 7. HP's decision on all matters pertaining to the program is final. Gift Voucher terms and conditions: 1. Bata Gift Voucher: a. Validity: 3 Months b. Value: INR 400 c. Acceptance: During regular business hours d. Other terms: i. The holder of the voucher number is deemed to be the beneficiary ii. Beneficiary should announce the intent of using the voucher before making a purchase iii. Only valid vouchers at the sole discretion of BATA shall be accepted for redemption iv. Only 4 Vouchers can be used against one bill v. Partial redemption is not allowed vi. No refund or credit note would be issued against unused or partially used voucher vii. Voucher cannot be revalidated once expired viii. BATA / affiliates are not responsible on account of the beneficiary sharing the voucher number and the voucher getting redeemed on that account ix. The Brand may ask for a valid Government identity proof at the time of redeeming the voucher x. Vouchers will be accepted across all outlets mentioned, but BATA at its sole discretion may add or remove an outlet from the list without giving any prior notice xi. BATA makes full efforts to accept voucher, but on account of any technical / administrative reasons an outlet may refuse to accept a voucher xii. This voucher cannot be redeemed on specific block out dates BATA may add or delete any date on its sole discretion xiii. BATA or any of its partners would not be liable for any form of compensation etc on account of an outlet not being able to accept the voucher. The customer would be liable to settle the Invoice xiv. If a voucher gets blocked on account of technical issue the voucher would be usable only post 72 hours

5 xv. Please Contact Shop manager for any acceptance issue and if issue is still not resolved you can write in to or call for immediate help xvi. Any dispute should be referred to the company from where the voucher has been received, decision of the company shall be final 2. BookMyShow Gift Voucher: a. Validity: 2 Months b. Value: INR 400 c. Acceptance: d. Other terms: i. Voucher can be redeemed ONLY on and cannot be redeemed directly at the cinema/venue box office. ii. Voucher can be redeemed on purchase of tickets for Movies / Plays / Concert / Sport available on BookMyShow website. iii. Voucher valid PAN India across all Cinemas / Partners associated with BookMyShow. iv. Maximum one voucher can be used against a single booking v. Voucher can be used ONLY once within the validity period. vi. If lost/misused, the voucher cannot be replaced. Void if resold, Cannot be exchanged for point(s) or cash & cannot be re-validated past expiry date. vii. In addition to these BookMyShow Winpin Voucher Terms and Conditions, BookMyShow Vouchers and their use on our website are also subject to BookMyShow's general Terms of Use & BookMyShow s decision will be final in case of any dispute e. Steps to redeem: i. Log on to ii. Select Location, Movie, Cinema, Show Date & Time and Seats of your preference as the logic flows iii. On payment page, tick the check box states "Avail Discounts & Offers" &from dropdown list select "Winpin" option from drop-down list & then enter the winpin voucher code in the text box appears & click on "Apply Offer" button next to it to avail the offer. iv. Note: At the end of the successful transaction booking id gets generated which needs to be exchanged at the box-office for actual tickets. and SMS confirmation will also be received provided its active. The recharge coupon can be used across a select operators only c. The actual value of the recharge would vary from operator to operator depending on the individuals mobile subscription plans etc d. The coupon can be used only once e. Partial recharge is possible but the balance amount can t be used for another recharge

6 f. Few operators don t allow online recharge on account of government polices and as such recharge would not be possible g. For full list of operators etc go to h. The Customer has to give all mandatory information at the time of registration in the program 2. The customer has to share all the required details including proof of purchase with the HP Toner program cell, when asked 3. The offers (rewards) in the program are dynamic and may get changed time to time during the promotion period with or without notice, at HP's sole discretion. Program terms and conditions in the Program website shall be most updated and final. 4. The electronic gift coupon will only be shared on the registered mobile number given by the participant at the time submitting details on the program website while participation. Once the gift coupon is issued to participant, the customer is responsible to secure the issued electronic gift coupon. 5. The gift vouchers (rewards) in this program are all Electronic gift coupons and not physical / printed vouchers. 4. Extended printer warranty: To be eligible for the Care Pack services, the HP product must be supplied by HP or approved by HP, must be at current specified revision levels and, in HP's reasonable opinion, is in good operating condition. a. The printers for which extended warranty is sought must have been purchased in India b. This extended warranty of one year would cover only the printers which are under 1st year of warranty post purchase c.
