1 Quick Guide of DMM-1701M The DMM-1701M provides a Web (HTTP) control interface for user to control or supervise it. The default IP address of DMM-1701M is If you forget the IP address, you can connect DMM- 1701M with handset programmer unit DMM-1000CU to get it. You also can press the IP reset button for a long period time till all LED on front panel turn red color. Then it will recover to default IP address. Step 1 Connect the IP port of DMM-1701M with your PC via CAT5 cable. You also can connect DMM-1701M and your PC with a switch. Set the IP address of your PC to the same network segment as DMM- 1701M (for example: xxx). Open a browser on your PC (it s better to use IE browser). Type the IP address of DMM-1701M in address column of browser. Press Enter button on Keypad, you can login the WEB GUI of DMM-1701M. 1a 1b 1a: Type IP address of DMM-1701M 1b: Default User name is root, Password is You also can set your own username and password. Please refer to Step 5 Step 2 After entering WebGUI, it will show the Status menu of DMM-1701M. You can monitor basic working status of DMM-1701M

2 RF Frequency-1: Show the output frequency of first channel. RF Frequency-2: Show the output frequency of second channel. RF Audio Mode-1: Show audio mode of first channel. RF Audio Mode-2: Show audio mode of second channel. RF Level: Show output level of two channels. RF Switch-2: Show whether the modulation of second channel is switched off or on. RF Modulator Mode: Show whether modulation standard is NTSC, PAL, or SECAM. Step 3 Set the RF output parameters

3 RF Frequency-1(KHz): Set the output frequency of first channel. The range is 48~860MHz. RF Frequency-2: The output frequency of second channel will be set automatically basing on the first channel frequency. RF Level: Set output level of two channels. The value range is 82~100dBµV RF Audio Mode-1: Set audio mode of first channel. (Note: this option only can be set on DMM- 1701M model with A2 audio function) RF Audio Mode-2: Set audio mode of second channel. (Note: this option only can be set on DMM- 1701M model with A2 audio function) RF Switch-2: Set whether switch on or off the modulation of second channel. Step 4 Set A/V modulation parameters in Modulation menu. Video Modulation-1: Set Video modulation depth of first channel. The range is 77.5%~97.5%. Video Modulation-2: Set Video modulation depth of second channel. The range is 77.5%~97.5%. Audio Modulation-1(KHz): Set FM modulation deviation of first channel. The range is 20~80KHz(M/N) or 40~160KHz(D/K, B/G, I). Audio Modulation-2(KHz): Set FM modulation deviation of second channel. The range is 20~80KHz(M/N) or 40~160KHz(D/K, B/G, I).

4 Step 5 Set parameters in System menu. Device Information: User can modify their own Device Lable here. The Serial Number of DMM- 1701M is factory default setting and cannot be set. Status Refresh Interval: Set refresh interval time of Status menu. HTTP Login: User can set your own username and password for WebGUI login. Factory Default: Recover to factory default settings. Device Reboot: Reboot DMM-1701M. When you make settings, click Apply button to submit or Cancel button to cancel.

5 Show the detail inform of firmware of DMM-1701M. Local Settings: Set IP address of DMM-1701M. Trap IP: Set the IP address of your server which will receive TRAP message from DMM-1701M. Factory Default: Recover to factory default settings. Device Reboot: Reboot DMM-1701M. When you make settings, click Apply button to submit or Cancel button to cancel.

6 User can click Browse button to select an firmware upgrade package on your PC and click Upgrade button to start upgrade procedure.
