2 Supplies (continued) Phenolic Material, Pins and Rings Phenolic counter material is available from Wagner in either rigid or flexible styles. Can be machine routed or water jet cut to create a durable and reusable counter for long runs. Phenolic sheets are available in thicknesses from.017 to.049 and in sheets that measure 1 meter x 1 meter (39 x 39 ). Contact your Wagner location for a complete list of available thicknesses. Cutting Plates and Cutting Jackets Cutting Plate Cleaner Safe for the enviroment, non-flammable plate cleaner that leaves no residue! Available in one gallon cans and in five gallon pails. A non-flammable alternative for effective cleaning of cutting plates and jackets. Cleans quickly and leaves no residue. Counterplate Pins and Rings Wagner Counterplate Pins and Rings are designed for pre-made counters and used as locators to transfer counters from cutting die to cutting plate for exact registration. 3 Supplies (continued) Counterboard Score Cutting, Skiveready Knives Counterboard in Vulcanized Fiber, Genuine Pressboard and Jute Tag. Counterboard is available from Wagner in a variety of ypes. Vulcanized Fiber (red in color, top of photo) features an extra-hard construction throughout is ideal for longer runs, or when recycled board is used as a substrate. Genuine Pressboard (pearl gray, bottom of photo) is has a hard surface better suited for medium length runs. It s hard edge allows for a clean, square channel that helps define a crease or score. Jute Tag (not pictured) is manilla in color, and with its medium hardness, is best suited for short run applications. Genuine Pressboard and Jute Tag are available in plain, self-adhesive or kraftback versions. Double Face Tape Scoring and Skiveready Knives Top left: Scoring knife is designed to cut channels in counterboard. Precise and durable, comes complete with 2 blades and 9 shims in a convenient storage case. Bottom right: Skiveready knife is a all-aluminum tool designed for skiving the counterboard. Comes complete with one center bevel blade, wrench and storage box. Used for adhering counterboard to cutting plate. Easy to apply, holds securely, and is available in 2, 6, and 12 widths in rolls that are 36 yards (108 ft.) long. 3
