1 WORK EXPERIENCE (Colaborations) 1 Creation and conceptualization of the project ideas. Conceptual development of project strategies. Analysis of the initial conditions (environment, program budget) and proposal of innovative and effi cient spacial solutions. PROJECT: Residential Complex El Puche, competition. CHALLENGE: Integration of community facilities at different levels in a plot of residential of minimum social units. PROJECT: Residential Complex Mieres, competition. CHALLENGE: To create fl exible housing. Owners could defi ne the confi guration of their homes and adapt it to future requirements. PROJECT: Residential Complex Alicante, EPSA competition. CHALLENGE: High density residential complex with a single image that cross over a main road and stands on a square. PROJECT: University Campus in Zaragoza, competition. CHALLENGE: Integration of campus surface parking in the roof of student residence. PROJECT: Mall XXX Lutz, Copenhague. CHALLENGE: Unitary image of the stores whose plants on ground belong to two separate offi ce buildings. PROJECT: Arts school in Tallinn. CHALLENGE: Develop a very detailed and very dense program in a complex plot because of its shape and urban planning regulations.

Drawings, 3D computer graphics and 3D computer graphics and perspectives more or less photorealistic fi nishing as commissioning and aesthetic required. 3D modeling, drawing and photo editing using the computer programs: Autocad, 3DStudio, V-Ray, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop and Illustrator. PROJECT: House in Las Lomas, privat comission. CHALLENGE: Fast photorealistic image to present options to the client fi nished materials. PROJECT: Cherry Hall Auditorium, competition. CHALLENGE: Illustration of the construction elements and its implementation in the environment as a schema. PROJECT: S. Mateo de Gállego Housings, privat comission. CHALLENGE: Abstract image of a set of plots with initial materials, common spaces and access areas. PROJECT: Pavilion for Expo of the water in Zaragoza. CHALLENGE: Show the inner space of the pavilion and its interaction with the public visiting the exhibition. PROJECT: Orestadb Business Center. CHALLENGE: Image of the proposal of a facade for an offi ce building. View from the highway to assess the volume relation between the proposed building and other buildings Orestadb Business Centre.

Development of models using different manual tecnics: plastics cutting machine hot- wire, precise cut by hand with cutter of PVC, foam board and other types of cards, knowledge of the use of different adhesives... PROJECT: 15 unipersonal apartments with shared spaces. CHALLENGE: Show the relationship between volumes colors and study the light of the units and the courtyard. PROYECTO: Collective housing for 12 early retirees CHALLENGE: Facade materials and volume reference. Relation with the existing square and surronding buildings. PROJECT: Single Family House Las Lomas, private commission. CHALLENGE: Show the different volumes of housing, the movement of the roof and exterior fi nishes. Convey an image of robust housing. A house proud of itself; strong and with movement simultaneously. PROJECT: University Campus in Zaragoza, competition. CHALLENGE: Show the relationship between housing and environment. Transition between the park and asphalt through the volumes of the residences. Show the scale of the whole and the proposal to introduce parking on roof to free up space pedestrian and landscaped area.

CHALLENGE: Show the building volume proposed, its solids and voids, in relation to the surrounding buildings. PROJECT: Offi ces building, Copenhagen. CHALLENGE: Minimum access surface and maximum rent offi ce surface, Flexibility to segregate offi ce units. PROJECT: Academy of Dance, performance and music. Dilbeek. CHALLENGE: Reconcile the agenda of a public school auditorium keeping the farms and the existing ancient tree. PROJECT: Residential student complex in Zaragoza CHALLENGE: To get the maximum permitted number of dwellings and types required covering the necessities of campus parking spaces PROJECT: Residential Complex Alicante, EPSA competition. CHALLENGE: Describe the location of housing within the set of building, common spaces and relationships full-empty.

Development of building systems consistents with the baseline, taking into account the cost and quality of them.
