2 Company The Company Establishment and development CEO - Werner Urban About us Since 1988 our products for cleaning, service and maintenance for the automobile industry have been distributed in the global market. In 1999 the Chemical Technical Production GmbH was founded. Subsequently, the production of the wide range of products was relocated to Leutenberg/Thuringia. Today we are proud to say that the production, labeling and packaging are all accomplished in-house. This gives us the opportunity to utilize our very own proven technology and expertise in all divisions. Research and development of our products is based on the closest cooperation with our partners and customers. This includes the development and production of environmentally friendly products for the automotive industry. Our expertise includes consumption-based sales, trade and commerce. In the rapidly changing technology world, we are able to respond to specific market demands by operating closely with workshops, professionals, craft guilds and vehicle manufacturers. We offer service products which include cleaning and maintenance products, including the cleaning and maintenance application devices. These application devices provide the ideal process for our cleaning and maintenance products to be applied to vehicles or throughout industrial facilities. The GROUP now has over 5,000 products, partners in over 80 countries, and sales continue to grow. 6 Made in Germany MADE IN GERMANY The Quality Seal QUALITY The TÜV certification inspection procedure is a 3-months process, which gets accomplished by satisfying a strict list of criteria. Completion of the technical inspection gives accreditation to the suppliers of the resources and raw materials prior to shipping, verifying the overall quality and added value of our products. The effort was worth it. The certificate was presented, allowing the use of proof of origin Made in Germany. Quality is our prime principle 6

7 TÜV TÜV - Association for Technical Inspection Quality, effectiveness and compatibility Product development requires both proven effectiveness and optimized compatibility in the area of application. As one of the first companies in Germany to do so, our products have been tested and are certified by accredited testing facilities. Since 1998 our products are tested for effectiveness under testing procedures that have been especially developed for our products. Since 2011 our products are tested according to DIN regulations to fulfill the strict requirements of the automobile industry. But our quality requirement claims more. In addition to the evidence of effectiveness provided by TÜV, we own approved compatibility tests for a big range of our products. Patented Innovation needs protection Since February 2002, the company CTP GmbH owns the patent for the Method and apparatus for removing deposits in internal combustion engines and their uses.
