4 Basis for banking For business customers, ING has a number of payment transaction packages and services. Details of what services are included in the packages and what they cost, are given below. Business transaction services packages The business transaction services packages from ING consist of a business account, debit card and internet banking capability with Mijn ING Zakelijk and the Mobiel Bankieren App. The rates for your transaction services are given in this brochure. The differences between the business transaction services packages are detailed below. Starterspakket This free business payment services package is intended specifically for new start-ups. Ondernemerspakket This is the standard business payment services package from ING. Verenigingen en Stichtingen Pakket This business payment services package is specifically intended for clubs, associations and foundations. 6 Transfers within the SEPA countries Your business account enables you to make euro transactions in the Netherlands and around the world. The transaction charges are given below. 7 Card acceptance: products Pin Pakket Compleet The fees of the packages are per month (excl. VAT): This package consists of the subscription fee, rental fee for Fixed ADSL the Point of Sale terminal and the service contract charge. Fixed GPRS The GPRS packages also include the fee for the telecom Mobile GPRS connection. Fee per Point of Sale terminal 3.65 per month (excl. VAT) If you already have a Point of Sale terminal and wish to accept cards via ING, then a fee is charged for each connected Point of Sale terminal instead of a package price. Card acceptance: transactions In addition to the package price or fee for each Point of Sale terminal, you will also be charged a fee for the pin transactions executed by your customers. Then you can choose between tiered or bundled pricing. If you do not choose for bundled pricing then the tiered pricing will automatically apply. Explanation tier Tier Fee Pin transactions made using Maestro and V PAY can be (in transactions per month) (per transaction) accepted within the fee tier. The more pin transactions 0 to you accept per month, the lower the fee per transaction. 50 to to to to, >, Explanation bundle Bundle Fee Transactions made using Maestro and V PAY can be (in transactions per month) (per month) accepted within a bundle. A bundle is a certain number of Maestro or V PAY transactions that you pay for per month The fee charged for transactions exceeding the bundle is per transaction, regardless of the card brand. 8 Card acceptance: credit card transactions The charge for credit card transactions (Point Of Sale Transactions and no E-Commerce Transactions) is made up of a percentage fee calculated on the transaction amount. The rate charged depends on:. The sector in which your company operates There are three categories: normal: all sectors not included in low or high; low: brown goods/white goods, petrol/diesel and food; high: travel organisations/travel sector, casinos, airlines and airports. 2. The use of paper-based sales slips is only permitted when this has been pre-agreed and with ING s written permission.
