1 GET TRIMFIT 12-WEEK PROGRAM This is a 12-week, weekly meal plan program, which is tailored towards weight loss. The idea is to stick to the daily meal plans for up to 12 weeks, or less, once you reach your desired weight. One average, members have lost 1kg or more per week on this plan. The meal plans on the 12-week Program have been designed and developed by accredited Dieticians, which means we've stacked the science in your favour, with all the meal plans meeting the Australian Healthy Eating Guidelines. There are also tasty recipes put together by trained chefs which means it's not only easy to follow, but you'll be eating "real" tasty food - it won't feel like you're on a "diet" at all. Healthy eating has never been easier with our tailored Male and Female 7-day Eating Plans. On the 12-week program, the weekly meal plans consist of three types of days - a low, moderate and high carbohydrate day. These carbohydrate days are "cycled" throughout the week to maximise weight loss. Low carbohydrate days are included to stimulate fat loss by tricking your body into using stored fat as fuel instead of ingested carbohydrates, while the high carbohydrate days are included to help you feel energised, replenish glycogen stored in your muscles and importantly provide you with a psychological "time-out" In this document you will find an example of moderate carbohydrate day on the Get Trimfit 12- week weight loss program. Which meal plan should I choose? It s simple: Use the calorie calculator on the Trimfit Bodies website to work out what your caloric intake is to maintain your current weight then simply subtract 500 calories. This final number is what your caloric intake should be to lose roughly 1kg/week; whichever meal plan is closest to this number, choose that. For example, if your weight loss caloric intake turns out to be 1450 and you re a female, choose the 1300 calorie daily meal plan.
