O Connor admitted to drinking and failed field sobriety testing. He was taken into custody and later submitted a breath sample indicating a blood alcohol content of.269. He was cited for driving under the influence of alcohol. O Connor was processed and released on bond with a June court date. Drug paraphernalia was found in the vehicle. The juvenile and Taylor, a passenger, were both cited for possession of drug paraphernalia. The driver was also cited for possession of

2 tobacco by a minor. The juvenile was released to a parent. Both subjects have a June administrative hearing date. Case Number /7/16 at 9:06 PM 300 block of east Spruce Avenue Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor Subject(s) Juvenile, male, age 16, Lake Bluff, IL Administrative Hearing 6/8/16 at 9:00 AM City Hall Police responded to a report of a suspicious subject knocking on doors on Spruce. An officer responded and located an intoxicated juvenile on foot in that area. He was cited for consumption of alcohol by a minor and released to a parent with a June administrative hearing date. Case Number /3/16 at 3:11 PM IL Route 41 at IL Route 60 Driving While License Suspended $2,000 Subject(s) Murphy, Antrionette M, female, age 36, 827 Adams Street, Waukegan, IL /5/16 at 1:30 PM Police responded to investigate a traffic crash at Route 41 and Route 60. Murphy was taken into custody when she was found to be driving on a suspended driver s license. She was cited for driving while license suspended and operating an uninsured vehicle. Murphy was processed and released on bond with a July court date. 4 Updated Friday, May 13, 2016 Case Number /8/16 at 3:33 AM Polo Drive at Old Elm Road Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol $40,000 Subject(s) Roman, Faustino, male, age 40, 53 Highwood Avenue, Highwood, IL /1/16 at 9:00 AM C120 Waukegan An officer located Roman asleep in his running car while stopped at the stop sign at Polo Drive and Old Elm Road. Open alcohol was found in his car and he failed field sobriety testing. Roman was taken into custody and charged with driving with license suspended and felony driving under the influence of alcohol. He was processed and transported to Lake County Jail for a bond hearing. Case Number /8/16 at 2:15 AM IL Route 41 at Gage Lane Driving While License Suspended $1,500 Subject(s) Peters, Lavar T, male, age 37, 2910 West Howard Avenue, Greenfield, WI /21/16 at 3:00 PM An officer found Peters parked on Route 41 and took him into custody when he was found to be driving on a suspended driver s license. He was processed and released on bond with a June court date. Case Number /7/16 at 2:08 PM Deerpath at Deerpath Square Driving While License Suspended $2,000 Subject(s) Eleveld, Mark R, male, age 43, 305 Brooks Avenue, Joliet, IL /21/16 at 3:00 PM Eleveld was stopped for a cell phone violation and taken into custody when he was found to be driving on a suspended driver s license and with no insurance. He was processed and released with a June court date. Case Number

5 5/4/16 at 7:07 PM IL Route 94 at IL Route 60 Aggravated Domestic Battery, Unlawful Restraint $250,000 Subject(s) Threatte, Michael A, male, age 32, 1560 Littlefield Court, Lake Forest, IL /25/16 at 1:30 PM C120 Waukegan Police responded to a call from a third party reporting that Threatte had battered a female victim and was driving in the vicinity of Route 94 with her inside his car, refusing to let her out. Lake Forest officers located and stopped Threatte with the victim inside his car at Route 176 and St Mary s Road. The victim told officers she had been strangled and struck by Threatte and had injuries consistent with this statement. Threatte was also found to be wanted on a Lake County warrant for failing to appear in court on a prior domestic battery arrest. He was taken into custody and charged with aggravated domestic battery and unlawful restraint. Threatte was processed and transported to Lake County Jail where he is being held on a $250,000 bond. Case Number /3/16 at 2:49 PM 600 north block of Bank Lane Aggravated Assault, Resisting Arrest none none Subject(s) Shelton, Shevell C, male, age 29, 7641 South Lawrence, Chicago, IL Juvenile, male, age 15, Chicago, IL Juvenile, male, age 15, Chicago, IL Police responded to a complaint from a business in the 600 north block of Bank Lane that three subjects were aggressively selling candy inside their business without a city permit. Officers responded and while speaking with the three, Shelton attempted to flee from police, throwing a punch at an officer as he did so. He was taken into custody and found to be wearing an ankle monitor and violating terms of his parole on a prior arrest, which required him to be on house arrest at his home in Chicago. Shelton was charged with aggravated assault and resisting a peace officer. He was processed and transported to Lake County Jail. Shelton later entered a guilty plea and is currently serving a period of confinement in Lake County Jail. The two juveniles in this incident were cooperative and were cited for a violation of the City s soliciting ordinance. Both were released to a parent and have a court date of 6/21/16 at 3:00 PM at the branch court. 6 Subject(s) Glatz, Judy, female, age 42, 7918 Lamon Avenue, Skokie, IL Police responded to a cell phone report of a possibly intoxicated driver at Deerpath and Oakwood. Officer spoke with the driver, Glatz, who admitted to drinking and failed field sobriety testing. She was taken into custody and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. Glatz was processed and released on bond with a May court date. Case Number /29/16 at 10:16 PM IL Route 41 at Westleigh Driving While License Revoked $1,500 Subject(s) Mendez Bolanos, Felix, male, age 32, 10 Michigan Avenue, Highwood, IL Mendez Bolanos was stopped for improper lane usage and was taken into custody when he was found to be driving on a suspended driver s license. He was processed and released on bond with a June court date. 6/7/16 at 1:30 PM Case Number /26/16 at 9:08 PM Deerpath at Mayflower Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol $3,000 Subject(s) Stacke, Scott E, male, age 52, 333 Crescent Drive, Lake Bluff, IL /27/16 at 9:00 AM C405 Waukegan An officer stopped Stacke after observing him swerving across lane markings and striking a curb on Deerpath. Stacke admitted to drinking and failed field sobriety testing. He was taken into custody and cited for improper lane usage and driving under the influence of alcohol. Stacke was processed and released on bond with a May court date. Case Number /23/16 at 2:01 AM IL Route 41 at Gage Lane Driving While License Revoked $1,500 5/17/16 at 1:30 PM Subject(s) Delgado Rodriguez, Filogonio, male, age 44, 1106 Yeoman, Waukegan IL Delgado Rodriguez was stopped by an officer for speeding 87/55 and was taken into custody when he was found to be driving on a revoked license. He was processed and released on bond with a May court date.

7 Updated Monday, May 2, 2016 Case Number /21/16 at 8:54 PM IL Route 60 at Academy Woods Dr Driving While License Suspended $1,500 Subject(s) Hutson, Robert H, male, age 44, 51 South Wynstone, North Barrington, IL /7/16 at 3:00 PM An officer stopped Hutson for disobeying a red light and took him into custody when he was found to be driving on a suspended driver s license. He was cited for disobeying a traffic control device and driving while license suspended. Hutson was a June court date. Case Number /21/16 at 12:14 AM Deerpath at Golf Lane Unlawful Possession of Cannabis $120 Subject(s) Dagostino, Donald A, male, age 21, 1078 South Talcott Drive, Waukegan, IL /7/16 at 1:30 PM An officer stopped Dagostino driving a car with expired registration. Cannabis and drug paraphernalia were found inside his car. Dagostino was cited for unlawful possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia. He has a June court date. Case Number /20/16 at 6:58 AM IL Route 41 at Old Elm Road Criminal Damage to Property, Battery $120 Subject(s) 6/7/16 at 1:30 PM Husbands, Mark C, male, age 57, 5128 South Prairie Avenue, Chicago, IL Barton, James D, age 67, 1437 Ferndale Avenue, Highland Park, IL Police responded to a report of a fistfight in the roadway between Husbands and Barton. Officers spoke with witnesses and learned that, following a heated argument, Husbands kicked Barton s car and in return was struck in the face by Barton. Husbands was cited for criminal damage to property and Barton was cited for battery. Both men have a June court date.

8 Case Number , /19/16 at 12:30 AM 1400 block of North Lake Road Aggravated Battery, Resisting Arrest $10,000 Subject(s) Toure, Latifah, female, age 26, 210 West 16 th Street, New York, NY, /10/16 at 8:45 AM C150 Waukegan Police responded to a home in the 1400 block of North Lake Road for a report of an unwanted woman there. Toure refused repeated requests to leave the home and when officers began to walk her out, she kicked an officer then resisted arrest. Toure was taken into custody and cited for misdemeanor battery and resisting arrest. Later that morning, Toure was released on bond. While being walked outside to a cab she again struck a different police officer in the face. She was taken into custody again and charged with felony aggravated battery of a police officer and resisting arrest. Toure was processed and transported to Lake County Jail for a bond hearing. Case Number /15/16 at 3:05 PM Edgewood and Noble Battery Subject(s) Granack, Joseph A, male, age 38, 275 Noble Avenue, Lake Forest, IL Administrative Hearing 6/8/16 at 9:00 AM City Hall Police responded to a report of a battery that occurred when a pedestrian stopped a car driving in the area of Edgewood and Noble and grabbed the driver after an argument between the two men over the driver s speed and loud music. Officers investigated and later cited Granack with battery in the incident. Granack has a June administrative hearing date. Case Number /23/16 at 8:15 AM 1100 block of West Keswick Lane Felony Theft $75,000 5/16/16 at 1:30 PM C120 Waukegan Subject(s) Podolak, David J, male, age 54, 11 Cynthia Lane, Beecher, IL On 8/30/15, Officers responded to a residential burglary which occurred at a home in the 1100 block of West Keswick Lane. Detectives learned Podolak later pawned items stolen in that burglary at a pawn shop in Calumet City. Detectives obtained a warrant for Podolak s arrest and took him into custody on the morning of 4/23/16. Podolak was processed and transported to Lake County Jail for a bond hearing.
