Information: The defendant was stopped for improper lane usage, crossing over solid white line while traveling west on College Drive in the 6800 block. Once stopped, the defendant was found to have been drinking and failed field sobriety tests at the scene. Later, the defendant refused to submit to any chemical tests. Incident Date: 21 March 15 Incident Time: 2:40 AM Arrestee Name: Ingrid Sapokas Address: 9700 block of S. Nottingham, Chicago Ridge, IL. Age: 23 Charges: DUI / Uninsured Motor Vehicle / Improper Lane Usage Bond: $ 3000 Court Date: 24 April 15 Station Complaint : Incident: Possession of Cannabis Incident Address: S. Southwest Hwy., Palos Heights, IL. Information: The defendant was in a vehicle that was found parked at the Palos Heights Metra station. Police checked on the vehicle to make sure the occupants were OK. Once next to the vehicle, police observed a strong odor of burning cannabis coming from inside the vehicle. There was no insurance on the vehicle.
