2 Highly available monitoring solution. netreport failover cluster ensures a highly available monitoring system where up to 5 instances ("Nodes") work together to create a failover tolerant monitoring system. Monitor multiple sites from one central installation. Remote probes can be installed on distributed networks which then transmit the monitoring data SSL-encrypted via the Internet (no VPN required) to the core server of the central installation. Level 3 netreport+ Alerts Same as netreport+, but with the addition of customer defined alerting thresholds. The alerts are defined by the customer and Britannic Technologies and when any of the parameters are broken an SMS and/or notification will be sent to key parties within the organisation and Britannic Technologies. Recommended thresholds include: Auto notification 10 min after a node failure Auto notification of restoration of service Resolution notification (including outage times)
