The system is perfectly suitable to be combined with both new and used diesel, gas, or pellet boilers, as well as to provide hot water in houses that use direct electrical heating, e.g. in combination with an existing Tehowatti water heater or electric boiler. The Economy's tank is made of acid-resistant stainless steel and is 290 l in volume. It can be connected e.g. with a diesel or gas boiler. You will only require automatic solar charging equipment and solar panels additionally. 4 JÄSPI SOLAR 300 JÄSPI SOLAR 300 is a water heater designed to provide effective use of solar power by private houses and cottages. The JÄSPI SOLAR 300 includes a tank made of acid-resistant ferrite stainless steel and high-quality heat insulation of cast polyurethane. A solar coil provides effective heat transfer from solar panels to domestic water. The JÄSPI SOLAR 300 features two tubular electric heaters 3 kw each. The solar tubular electric heater located on top of the water heater ensures sufficient heat (min. 60 С) and thereby prevents bacteria from possible formation. The standard lower heater is used to heat domestic water in winter when solar radiation is low. The JÄSPI SOLAR 300 can be charged by nearly all factory-made solar panels available in the market. Suitable total area of panels is 4 to 6 m 2. The JÄSPI SOLAR 300 water heater can be also complete with РАК supply (see on page 2). 5 JÄSPI Solar Powered Equipment With the cost of all kinds of utilities constantly growing, effective use of solar power is becoming increasingly popular in both domestic hot water production and house heating. Solar applications can be used practically free of charge (the automatic charging pump is the only component requiring some electricity). Solar power also benefits from being environmentally clean and friendly. In the northwest of Russia, for example, solar power can be used efficiently nine months a year on the average. The highest efficiency can be achieved by using solar power in hot water production, exceeding a half of yearly consumption. Should solar power alone be not sufficient to produce hot water, it can be effectively used as a pre-heat system. Solar power is an excellent solution for both new projects and houses under reconstruction. Jäspi Solar Economy is also perfectly suitable to be connected to an installed Tehowatti water heater or heating system. Jäspi Solar 300 can be employed in both new projects and houses under reconstruction for domestic hot water production. Jäspi Solar Economy РАК and Jäspi Solar 300 РАК include automatic charging equipment, solar panels, panel connecting pipes, sensor connections, and roof mounting kits. Jäspi Solar 3 and Solar 5 are solar panel packs to be connected e.g. to existing heat storages installed in combination with solid fuel boilers. They are also suitable for various heating hybrid solutions such as earth heat and electricity. A heat storage, when used, is to be additionally fitted with a solar and hot water pre-heat coil. For batteries exceeding 700 l, the Solar 5 panel pack is recommended.
