1 FOR OUR FULLY PREPARED HOLIDAY MENU ITEMS Fully Cooked Oven Roasted Turkeys: Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Allow chilled turkey to rest out of refrigeration for 1/2 hour. Carefully remove bag from turkey, taking care to reserve any juices from the bag. Place turkey breast side up in a roasting pan with the reserved juices. Place a foil tent over the turkey and heat for approximately 10 minutes per pound until completely heated through. Remove foil in the last 30 minutes to allow turkey to brown. Place 1/2 broth or water in dish. Cover with foil. Heat for 10 minutes per pound until warmed through. Do not over-bake as this can cause a dry result. Ham: Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Allow chilled ham to rest out of refrigeration for 1/2 hour. Carefully remove ham from overwrap, taking care to reserve any juices. Place ham in a roasting pan with the reserved juices. Place a foil tent over the ham and heat for approximately 1 1/2 to 2 hours until completely heated through. Remove foil in the last 30 minutes to allow ham glaze to brown. Remove the ham from the oven and allow it to rest 15 minutes before serving. Enjoy! Stuffings, Au Gratin, Sweet Potatoes, Roasted Root Vegetables and Casseroles: Remove plastic lid and place oven ready container in oven and reheat at 325 degrees until center temperature reaches 165 degrees. Approximately 15 minutes per pound. Allow to get toasted brown on top but cover if needed in the last 10 minutes to prevent over-browning. Not recommended for stuffing to be heated in microwave. Mashed Potatoes: Remove plastic lid, replace with aluminum foil and place oven ready container in oven and reheat at 325 degrees until center temperature reaches 165 degrees. Approximately 10 minute per pound. Add milk as needed to moisten. Place in a microwave safe dish and cover. Heat on high for approximately 1 minute per pound. Stir. Heat for an additional 1 minute per pound. Check to ensure internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Add milk as needed to moisten. Stove top: Place mashed potatoes in pan. Heat over a low heat, stirring frequently until potatoes reach an internal Gravy: Place gravy in a microwave safe container. Cover. Heat on high for 1 minute per pint. Stir. Heat for an additional 1 minute per pint. Stove Top: Pour the gravy into a saucepan and reheat over medium/low heat for approximately 5 to 10 minutes or until Lasagna: Remove plastic lid and place oven ready container in oven and reheat at 325 degrees until center temperature reaches 165 degrees. Approximately 15 minutes per pound or one hour. Allow to get toasted brown on top but cover if needed in the last 15 minutes to prevent over-browning. RE-HEATING TIMES MAY VARY ACCORDING TO YOUR OVEN Green Beans with Shallots, Brussels Sprouts Place vegetables in a microwave safe dish and cover. Heat on high for 1 minute per pound. Stir. Return to microwave and heat for an additional 1 minute per pound. Stove top: If you prefer to heat on the stove: Place vegetables in a pot. Add a half inch of water. Cover with lid. Heat over medium heat approximately 3 minutes per pound until heated through.

Approximately 20 minutes. Vegan Mashed Potatoes: 1 pounds Remove plastic lid, replace with aluminum foil and place oven ready container in oven and reheat at 325 degrees until center temperature reaches 165 degrees. Approximately 20 minutes. Add milk as needed to moisten. Place in a microwave safe dish and cover. Heat on high for approximately 2 minutes. Stir. Heat for an additional 1 minutes. Check to ensure internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Stove top: Place mashed potatoes in pan. Heat over a low heat, stirring frequently until potatoes reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees. Green Beans with Shallots, Herbs and Olive Oil: 8 ounces Place in a microwave safe dish and cover. Heat on high for approximately 1 minute. Stir. Heat for an additional 1 minute. Check to ensure internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Stove top: If you prefer to heat on the stove: Place green beans in a covered pan on stove. Add one Tablespoon of water. Heat over medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes until hot. Gravy: 1/2 pint Place gravy in a microwave safe container. Cover. Heat on high for 2 minutes. Stove Top: Pour the gravy into a saucepan and reheat over medium/low heat for approximately 4 minutes or until Dinner Rolls: 4 each
6 for our fully prepared holiday small sized beef dinner Beef Tenderloin: 3 pounds Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Place oven ready container in oven and reheat at 325 degrees for 20 minutes or until warmed. Your tenderloin of beef is sold to you seared rare. Allow chilled beef to rest out of refrigeration for ½ hour. Leaving beef in foil wrap place in oven in a roasting pan. Heat the beef to the internal temperature that achieves your desired doneness. 120 degrees for rare to medium rare (120 degrees is ideal and best) 130 degrees for medium doneness, 140 degrees for medium well doneness. Remove the beef from the oven and allow it to rest 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy! Oven Roasted Mushrooms: 1 pound Remove plastic lid and place oven ready container in oven and reheat at 325 degrees for 20 minutes until warmed. Place in a microwave safe dish and cover.
