1 Strengths STRATEGY Coach Certification Accelerating Performance Through Strategic Interdependence.
2 Strengths STRATEGY Coaching 2
3 The Strengths Strategy Coach Certification program is unlike any coach certification program in existence! Developed by the leading strengths application organization in the world, and accredited by the ICF and SHRM, Strengths Strategy Coach Certification (SSCC) is based on 25 years of research, interviews, coaching, and coursework with thousands of individuals from across the globe. It prepares coaches to go beyond merely helping people understand their strengths, to taking their clients to the next level through the powerful application of their strengths. Coaches will learn how to use strengths to mitigate weakness, accelerate performance and energy, build complimentary relationships and teams, and to create a roadmap out of negative behavior patterns that interfere with effectiveness. Strengths Strategy Coach Certification is not just about teaching Clifton StrengthsFinder strengths and coaching. It is an inside out approach, creating awareness and transformation within the coach so they can outwardly create it for others. The Engagement & Performance Multiplier The SSCC experience empowers the coach to become congruent with their own strengths, both in the way they use them to effectively contribute, as well as leveraging strengths to manage the weaknesses that interfere with effective coaching. Throughout this intensive and experiential program, coaches become familiar with the intricacies of strengths, learn new coaching skills, and strengthen their toolkit. They will first experience the power of applying strengths in their own lives, which enables them to most effectively guide others through that same process. The Strengths Strategy Coach Certification Program is the most intense and practical program I have ever attended. I m now helping my clients create measurable results for themselves and their companies and I attribute that all to this program. I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to drive measurable results for their clients or teams. Lisa Gregory VP in an International Training Services Company
4 Whole-person, transformational, experiential virtual learning. Whole-person, transformational, experiential virtual learning is the laboratory for shifting strengths understanding into relevant, useful practice. Coaches learn powerful strengths coaching skills, innovative strengths coaching tools, strengths application principles, and become adept at leading seven different strengths coaching sessions. As coaches skill-levels increase, this new knowledge becomes interwoven, and the set pattern of coaching sessions makes way for responsiveness to the needs of the client. Adobe Connect is the on-line platform used in the SSCC program, which allows for powerful interactive experiences in large and small groups, as well as partnerships, delivering the certification experience conveniently without requiring travel or large blocks of time away. In addition, triad calls, coaching and supervision calls with Senior Strengths Strategists further round out the experience, thus enabling coaches to have the benefit of customized, individual professional mentoring. SSCC offers 120 hours of education and practicum, including 28 consecutive weeks of coursework. Shifting strengths understanding to relevant, useful practice Coaches will experience:» Recorded tutorials» Skills practice» Group sessions» 50 coaching hours» Oral/written exams. This program is the best investment I have ever made! It taught me about myself, others, and how we all work together. The knowledge has been life changing for me and my clients. Andrew Abel, SSCC
