6 SOFA STAIN Sofa stain is a high quality stain, formulated from high-quality dyes which can be diluted with water and thinner. It is very effective in coloring furniture and wood works as it emphasizes the natural beauty of wood. Color Raw Materials Mixing Ratio 20 colors organic dyes special resins solvents additives. Air temperature ( 20º C). Surface Drying: 2 3 minutes. Complete Drying: 5 minutes ml Stain : 100 ml ( Thinner, Alcohol or water ) Dilute the stain with thinner, alcohol or water as following: 5 10 ml stain : 100 ml (Thinner, Alcohol or water). Spray Viscosity: seconds using Ford Cup No. 4 at 25º C. Spray using Spray gun: Nozzle diameter ( mm); air pressure (3 4 bar) or using a piece of cotton. Number of Coats: 2 coats or depending on the desired color. Surface Preparation: Ensure that the surface to be painted is free from dust, grease and other contaminations. For previously painted surfaces, all loose paints must be thoroughly removed to ensure the paint adhesion. Recommended Uses: Specially formulated to color wood surfaces and furniture. 2 years from the date of production, provided storing in proper conditions at 25º C and 65% of relative humidity. 8 SOFA Insulator (Polyurethane) Sofa Polyurethane insulator (clear) is used to prepare wood surfaces before spraying polyester paints. It is especially designed to insulate oils excreted by the wood pores. Viscosity Color Mixing Ratio by Volume Clotting Time Coverage Rate 12 seconds at 25º C by Ford Cup No. 4. Clear 1 insulator : 1 Hardener. 4 5 hours at 25º C. Air temperature (25º C). Surface Drying: minutes. Complete Drying: 2 hours m 2 / kg depending on the surface and film thickness. Spray using Spray gun: Nozzle diameter ( mm); air pressure (3 4 bar) or using a piece of cotton. Surface can be painted with polyester paint after 2 3 hours of painting the insulator, and the insulator can be sanded before repainting polyester paint. Insulator must be sanded in case of drying more than 16 hours. Recommended Uses: Specially formulated to paint wood which is known to excrete different types of oils. 2 years for the insulator and one year for the hardener from the date of production, provided storing in proper conditions at 25º C and 65% of relative humidity. 10 Vniwood Sealer Vniwood Sealer is a high-build material to fill pores in wood surfaces. This product is especially designed to prepare wood surfaces before using varnish and to produce a smooth, hard, seal coat without any influence on natural wood grain. It boasts easy sanding and superior adhesion without any effect on the wood color. Color Specific Gravity Viscosity Coverage Rate Film Thickness Dilution Clear dark. 1 ± 0.05 gm. /cm centipoise / 25º C. Surface Dry: 8 minutes. Complete Dry: 1.5 hour. 6 8 m micron. ordinary Duco thinner Sand the surface well. Dilute sealer with ordinary Duco thinner till obtaining the desired viscosity. 11 Modern Touch Sealer Modern Touch Sealer is a high-build material formulated from nitrocellulose to fill pores in wood surfaces. This product is especially designed to produces a smooth, hard, seal coat as a foundation before using Duco varnish without any influence on natural wood grain. It is characterized by high filling, easy sanding, and superior adhesion without any effect on the wood color. Color Specific Gravity Viscosity Film Thickness Coverage Rate Dilution Clear dark 1 ± 0.05 gm./cm : centipoise / 25º C. Surface Dry: 8 minutes. Complete Dry: 1.5 hour micron m 2. Ordinary Duco thinner. Sand the surface well. Dilute sealer with ordinary Duco thinner till obtaining the desired viscosity. Apply using spray gun or a tpiece of cotton. Spray the first coat, and allow it to dry for about 5 minutes. Spray the second coat and allow it to dry well (35 45 minutes). This product produces a smooth, hard, seal coat as a foundation before using Duco varnish without any influence on natural wood grain. It boasts maximum filling, easy sanding and superior adhesion. Add 2 3 % auxiliary agent to the sealer, and then stir well. Add Hardener at 2 3 % and then stir well again. It boasts smooth touch, high hardness, flexibility and resistance to weathering and and scrubbing.
