5 Assembly Preparation efore egining : A C L H G I K J M F M O P O2 N R Q Unpack all hardware bags and component to ensure you have all parts - Read instruction, cover to cover - 2X Have 2 adults on hand for assembly - o not assemble on flooring or carpet - Assemble on a clean non-marring surface (packing foam) - Save all packaging until finished - In case of missing parts,please contact your nearest Cost Plus World Market Store or our customer service call center Page 5

6 Assembly Steps rawer Assembly Step 2: Step : O N O2 Q 2 4x a. Place the drawer front(n) on a padded. non-marring surface. b. Insert Wood owel M6 (2) to the middle holes of rawer Front(N). Attach the drawer side Left and Right (O&O2) by aligning with the holes, secure with the rawers screws() using the Screwdriver(). Step : Step 4: Slide the rawer bottom(q) into the groove of the rawer front(n) and rawer Side Panels (O&O2). P x a. Insert the Wood owels M6(2) into the hole at the rawer ack(p) left and right side. b. Attach the rawer back(p) to the end of the rawer side Left and Right(O&O2), secure with the rawer screws() using the Philips Screwdriver(). Attach the Handle(2) to the rawer front(n) with the Handle screw 2mm() using the Philips Screwdriver(). Page 6

Insert the Wood owels() into the holes (Top ottom & Side) of the Left and Right ivider (&) a. Insert the Wood owels() to the hole at the Center Rail(J). Step 7: Step 8: 8x 4x 4x 5 C I a. Insert the Wood owels() to the hole at the ack Rail(I). a. Insert the Wood owels() into the hole in the Side Panel-Left and Right ( & C). b. Secure the Hinges() to the Side Panel Left and Right (&C) with Hinges Screw(5) using Philips screwdriver() Page 7

8 Assembly Steps Step 9: Step 0: 8x 5 F 4x K L a. Insert the Wood owels() to the hole at the ottom Panel(F). Secure Hinges() to the Left and Right oor (K&L), with Hinges screw(5); fasten screws with Philips screw driver(). Notes: The Hinges are adjustable, see page for guidance.. Step : Step 2: J J A a. Secure the assembly of Center Rail(J) and ivider Right() with rawer screw 2mm() using Philips Screwdriver(). a. Attach Right ivider () by aligning the dowels to the holes of Top Panel(A). b. Attach Left ivider () by aligning the dowels to the holes of Top panel and Front Rails(J), Secure the assembly of Center Rail(J) and ivider Left() with 2mm rawer screws () tighten screws using Philips Screwdriver(). 9 Assembly Steps Step : Step 4: x I A A a. Attach Left Side Panel() by aligning the dowel to the pre-drilled holes of Top Panel (A). a. Attach the ack Rail (I) by aligning the dowels to the pre-drilled holes of Left Side Panel (). Also align the ack Rail (I) to fit on to the cut-out section of ivider Left () & Right (). Secure the assembly of the ack Rail(I) with screw 2 mm(). Tighten the screws using Philip Screwdriver () Step 5: Step 6: x T F F x T- A A C a. Attach ottom Panel(F); by aligning the dowels to the pre-drilled holes of Left Side Panel (). Also align the dowels of the Left & Right ivider to the pre-drilled holes of ottom Panel (F). b. Secure assembly of Left Side Panel() and ottom Panel (F) with Flat Washer(8), Spring Washer(9) and 5mm Connector olt(7) using Allen Key(T-). a. Attach Right Side Panel (C); to the pre-drilled holes of Top Panel (A). Align the dowels of the ack Rail (I) and also the dowels of ottom Panel (F) to the Right Side Panel (C). b. Secure assembly of Right Side Panel(C) and ottom Panel (F) with Flat Washer(8), Spring Washer(9) and 5mm Connector olt(7) using Allen Key(T-). Page 9

Secure the assembly of Left & Right Side Panel(&C) and Left & Right ivider(&); to the Top panel (A) with Flat Washer (8), Spring Washer (9) and 5 mm Connector olt (7); using Allen Key (T-). b. Secure the assembly of ack Rail(I) to the Right Side Panel(C) with Screw 2 mm (). c. Secure the assembly of the ottom Panel (F) to Right & Left ivider with Screw 8 mm (4); tighten using Philip Screwdriver () d. Attach Support Leg(R) to the ottom Panel(F). Secure the assembly with Flat Washer(8), Spring Washer(9) and 5 mm Connector olt(7); using Allen Key(T-) 8x T- A Step 8: Step 9: 8x 0 G H LOCK 6 54x a. For placement of the adjustable shelves. Attach Pin(0) to the holes of the left and right Side Panel(&C), and also to the left and right ivider. b. Attach the left and right oor (K&L) to the left and right Side Panel(&C), lock the Hinges() and fully tighten the screws(5) using Philips screw driver(). Attach ack Panel Upper and Lower(G&H) to the hole of Side Panel Left and Right (&C), secure with ack Panel Screw(6) using Philips screwdriver (). Page 0

11 Assembly Steps Step 20: Step 2: M a. Put in the Adjustable Shelf(M). a. Insert all the assembled drawers into the Sideboard. b. Completed Assembly. Step 22: Adjustable 4 a. If the door can not be intact closed, kindly adjust front end point of Magnetic push latch(4). Page

12 Height Adjustments This adjustment involves two screws, one to the top and one to the bottom of the clip. Loosen the screws slightly and then lift or lower the door until it is in the position you want. Re-tighten the screws to secure the door. Height Adjustment Use these two screws to adjust the height of the doors and/or align the tops of the doors. epth Adjustments Use this screw to adjust how far out or in the doors are in comparison to your cabinet and to the other cabinet doors and drawers surrounding it. Loosen the screw and manually push or pull the door to adjust it. Re-tighten the screw when the door is in the position you want. epth Adjustment Use this screw to bring to door into alignment with neighboring cabinet doors/drawers. Side to Side Adjustments Using a phillips head screwdriver, turn the adjustment screw clockwise and counterclockwise to move the door--the direction of turn and it's effect is dependent on which the side of the door the hinge is attached. Side to side Adjustment On a door with a RIGHT SI HING: Turn the screw CLOCKWIS to move the door to the RIGHT Turn the screw COUNTRCLOCKWIS to move the door to the LFT On a door with a LFT SI HING: Turn the screw CLOCKWIS to move the door to the LFT Turn the screw COUNTRCLOCKWIS to move the door to the RIGHT Use this screw to adjust the gap between doors, walls and other cabinets for parallel alignment. 14 Anti-Tip Measures WARNING: The Tipping Kit is only deterrent. It is not substitute for proper adult supervision. Manufacturer assumes no liability for improper installation or excessive loads placed on screws, brackets or straps. Young children maybe injured by tipping furniture and the use of a tipping restraint is highly recommended. When properly installed, this restraint could provide protection against unexpected tipping of furniture. We recommend mounting this restraint directly to a wall stud using proper mounting hardware. Hardware included: (2) Plastic brackets () Plastic strap, (2) Stud mounting screws (The longer of the 2 screw sizes provided) (2) Product side mounting screw(the shorter of the 2 screw sizes provided) Noted: For safe mounting it is essential to use the proper hardware for your wall type. The included hardware is for drywall or stud mounting only. For other wall types (ie: plaster, concrete, brick...) please consult your local hardware store. Stud Wallboard. etermine the final resting position of the furniture piece. Mark location on the wall approximately " below the bracket mounted to the back of the furniture. Mark and drill pilot hope into the center of the stud /2" drill bit. Attach the bracket to the stud with the long screw provided. 2. On the back of the furniture, a bracket will need to be attached to the furniture frame at the top. To do this, temporally move the furniture into its final position and mark the location of the wall bracket on the furniture frame. Furniture Frame. Move the furniture away from the wall and place a bracket on the mark. Mark and drill holes for screws with a /2" drill bit. Attach the bracket to the furniture with short screws provided. Wallboard Furniture Frame 4. Check to be sure the wall bracket is firmly screw into wall stud and the furniture bracket is firmly attached to the frame. 5. Move the piece of furniture into its final position so that the wall bracket and furniture bracket are in alignment. 6. Thread and strap through bracket and tighten until snug. o not over tighten. Completed Anti-Tip Kit Installation 7. Check to make sure the brackets are firmly installed and the strap is secure. WARNING o not allowed children to claim on the furniture Unit can tip over and cause serious or fatal injury.
