5 TruTops Unfold Unfolds D data for production. TruTops Unfold produces D blanks from D designs and processes them as a GEO file in seconds. With integrated reduction factors and punching tool data, the file contains the required production information. With imprecise models, such as varying sheet metal thickness, you simply increase the tolerance parameters. Before unfolding, the program selects the ideal tool combi nation considering resulting production radii. Cut-outs such as corners, circles and notches can be included during the unfolding process. Even bumping bends for large radii are generated quickly and conveniently.
