1 CLA Higher Education Licence Reporting period 1 June May 2017 Schedule for Reporting Digital Copies Each year, all HEIs need to report all new Digital Copies (produced by scanning from print or by copying from Digital Material, except website material) that have been made during the preceding period of 1 June 31 May.
