Disposable underwear is available for use during massages and body treatments. In order to maximise the effect of the treatment, we recommend that you make use of our saunas before your treatment. We would like to request that you arrive in the spa reception or the relaxation room 10 minutes before your treatment time. You can place your valuables in the safe found within your locker in the changing room. HEALTH CONDITIONS Before your treatment, you will be asked to fill in an information form. The therapist will use the information in this form to tailor your treatment to you, taking your medical and emotional state into account. CANCELLATIONS We strive to offer you an exceedingly personal and relaxing spa experience, and for this reason we set treatment time aside just for you. If you cannot keep your appointment, we kindly ask you to give us 24 hours notice. Otherwise a cancellation fee of 80% of the treatment will be charged.
