13 HOW TO USE THE SPA Spa Appointments: We advise you to book your appointment prior to your arrival so that we can optimally accommodate your requirements. Please let us know whether you prefer a male or a female therapist. If you are a non-resident, a credit card will be required to confirm and guarantee your reservation. Treatments will start and finish on time in order not to inconvenience the following guests. Medical Precautions: Please notify us should you have high blood pressure, heart conditions or other physical problems. Moreover, we would kindly ask you to let us know if you are pregnant, so that we can recommend the appropriate treatments. In this case, please consult your doctor prior to using our Spa. Amenities for you: Towels, bathrobe and slippers are provided for you during your stay. For our in-house guests we recommend to use the bathrobe and slippers provided in your room. In our changing rooms shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion are provided. What to wear in the Spa and Fitness area: For treatments it is advisable to wear underwear or swimwear underneath your bathrobe. We are happy to offer disposable underwear for men and women. Our staff is trained to cover you appropriately during treatments. For Thai and Shiatsu Massage please wear comfortable fitness clothing. After Spray Tanning, we recommend dark clothing. Use of the fitness area is only allowed with trainers. The mixed sauna area can be used naked. In the pool area, the use of swim wear is required. Hotel Pool: Please observe that our pool has a depth of 1.35 meters and is not suitable for diving or jumping. Children: Children under the age of 16 are welcome daily between 11 am and 4 pm and must be accompanied by an adult. Please be aware that you are responsible for the well-being of your children. We would also ask you that your children show respect to other guests. Children under the age of 14 are not allowed to use the sauna, steam bath or fitness room. 14 Cancellation Policy: Please note that there will be a charge of 50 % should you cancel your appointment less than 12 hours prior to the scheduled time. Should you cancel your appointment less than 6 hours in advance, full charges will apply. Appointments will only be held for a maximum of 15 minutes. If you arrive late for your appointment, your treatment time will be reduced but will still be fully charged. Should you not show up for your appointment the full amount of the treatment will be charged. Valuables: Safety boxes are provided.
