5 TREATMENT ATTIRE It is customary to completely disrobe for your spa services; however, you may wear undergarments. Your body will be professionally draped. At no time will you be fully exposed. ARRIVAL Please arrive at least 60 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. As a courtesy to the next guest, your treatment will end at its scheduled time irrespective of its start time. CANCELLATION A 4-hour cancellation notice and reschedule policy is enforced for all appointments. Failure will result in a charge for 50% of the service price. GRATUITY A 20% service charge will be added to your spa service and will be dispersed to all spa staff that served you during your spa experience. Additional gratuities may be added at your discretion. SPA FACILITIES We provide a private locker, robe and sandals as well as grooming amenities, separate men and women s areas that include a steam room, sauna and whirlpool. We also offer fresh fruit, trail mix, bottled water and fruit juices. Access to these areas is a premium upgrade. FITNESS FACILITY Get in a daily workout in our state-of-the-art Cardio Room that overlooks the pool. The fully equipped weight room includes an array of machines and free weights.
