Technical stage rider for acoustic playing (without sound enhancement) 1.1. Minimal stage space 3m x 6m 1.2. In case the stage is an open outdoor stage, the performers should be protected from rain and direct sunlight. The performers can give a concert outdoors only if the temperature is not less than +18 C 3. Rehearsal 3.1. In case the group is playing without sound enhancement (acoustically), the performers need at least 1 hour for acoustical rehearsal without the audience. The performers should be allowed on the stage at least 2 hours before the concert In case the group is playing with full sound enhancement: The performers need at least 2 hours for sound enhancement rehearsal without the audience The performers should be allowed on the stage at least 3 hours before the concert The rehearsal should take place with a sound technician who will be working with the group during the whole concert A compulsory condition the sound technician must have experience working with instrumental music groups.

2 The sound enhancement equipment should be fully prepared for the rehearsal prior to the arrival of the performers. I.e. at least 3 hours before the concert. 4. Lighting 4.1. Stage lighting should be simple and bright in order to illuminate the musicians faces. The colours of the lighting are arranged during the rehearsal prior to the concert and are not changed during the performance The audience part of the concert hall should be slightly illuminated before the concert; the light is turned off during the concert (unless arranged otherwise with the performers). 5. Dressing room 5.1. There should be a large, bright, clean and cosy room not far from the stage The room should have at least: one mirror, four chairs, a table, hangers for concert clothes and outerwear, an iron with an ironing board The temperature in the room should be between +18 С and +28 С. It can be maintained with air conditioners, fans or heaters The room should have a lock and the keys should always be with the musicians. If this is not possible, there should be a guard who would be responsible for the items left in the room It is desirable for the room to have hot tea, coffee, sugar, still mineral water and snacks (fruits, sandwiches, cookies, sweets...). 6. Organization of sale of the group s audio and video production 6.1. Before the start of the concert, during the break (in case there is one) and after the performance the administration of the concert hall should help organize the sale of the existing Subtilu-Z audio and video production (CD, DVD, brochures etc.) 7. IMPORTANT!!! Photographs, advertisement texts and video filming 7.1. The organizers should arrange the publication of the photographs and advertisement texts with the group members in advance Filming of the concert with any video recording equipment is strictly forbidden, except for the cases when the organizers arrange it with the performers in advance. The audience should be informed and the organizer should ensure that video filming will not be wilfully done. 8. During the travelling abroad the organizers should take care of the following things: 8.1. Travelling:

3 In case the travel duration is up to 8 hours, the group can arrive to the place of the concert with their own transport (should be arranged in advance) In case the travel duration is more than 8 hours, the musicians should travel by train or by airplane; the tickets are provided by the organizers In case the musicians agree to travel with their own transport when the travel duration is more than 8 hours, the accommodation and meals in the hotels where the musicians will be staying during the trip should be paid by the organizers In case the musicians are travelling by plane, in addition to the plain tickets, the organizers should buy two tickets for the accordions and pay the charges for additional luggage of about 100 kg for instruments (percussion, bass amp etc.) 8.2. Transport In case the musicians are travelling by train or by plane, an individual minibus should be provided for the whole duration of the group s stay in the city. The minibus should operate only according to the schedule of Subtilu-Z Accommodation The performers can be accommodated in 3-star (***) or higher class hotels (European classification) The performers need 4 (four) single rooms or 2 (two) twin rooms with bathroom In case the musicians have a late departure and the hotel is booked until 12 a.m. of the same day, the organizers should extend the stay in the rooms until departure (in the worst case, to arrange and pay for 1 room in the hotel for the whole group) Meals Meals should be provided three times a day In case the musicians arrive to the location of the concert before 11 a.m., breakfast, lunch and dinner should be provided that day In case the musicians have a late depatrure, the meals should be provided up until their departure In case the musicians arrive before the concert on the day of the event and leave after the concert, the organizers should arrange one hot meal before or after the concert, upon request of the musicians. 9. Responsibility for rider terms 9.1. Each clause of the rider is unconditionally important and should be complied with. In case the organizers do not have a possibility to fulfil any of the rider clauses, they must arrange it with the performers in advance. Otherwise, in case of infringement of any of the clauses (except clauses 7.1., 9.2. and 9.3.) the organizers shall pay a monetary compensation of 100 EUR In case of incorrect use of photographs or advertisement texts (misrepresentation, use without arrangement with the group (clause 7.1.)), the organizers shall pay a fine of 250 EUR for each incident In case of grammar mistakes when publishing the name of the group or names of the musicians, the concert organizers shall pay a fine of 250 EUR for each incident.
