The winch drum is driven by the output shaft of the planetary gear unit, motor solutions for the winch being either electric or hydraulic. The VTF series is rated for lifting operations in the range from kgs. BWT Series BWT Series winches are hydraulically driven units for use in transportation. Available in capacities from 3,600 to 30,000kgs, these winches feature hydraulic or pneumatic manual releases as standard, epicyclic or reduction gears and are supported by a wide range of accessories such as cable guides and cable retainers. BWF Series Specially designed to meet the needs of hydraulic crane truck manufacturers, the BWF Series winches are compact high performance units offering lifting capacities from kgs. A wide range of accessories including cable retainers, cable winding control system and electric load limiters supports the BWF Series. TNE Series The TNE range is supplied as a complete lifting unit, with dimensions and sizes chosen to meet the requirements of general purpose lifting applications in the range from 20kN to 222kN. Motor drive solutions for these winches are electric or hydraulic. Design PWD Series of gearbox units feature rotating housings for use in custom-built winches. The complete units incorporate integrated brakes and cartridge-type hydraulic motors, allowing for more compact winches to be produced for applications where the space and weight is at a premium. The PWD series is available for line pulls of 30kN to 120kN and can be supplied with epoxy coating for applications where corrosion is an issue. BW Series The unique square frame design of the hydraulically driven BW range of winches gives users considerable flexibility by enabling the winches to be mounted in any position.
