1 Registering for First Time on Korrio: Welcome to the new registration site for the MC Falcons New England Rush! We have selected a new software system that we believe will make things easier for all our families and teams. There will be many advantages to the new software once we get up and running on it with this new season, such as: Family Calendars, better family organization, Coach and Team Manager access to manage teams, etc. Below are instructions to get you started on the new site. We know we are asking you to do additional work this first time around, but believe it will be worth it. Thank you! 1) Click on orange Register Now button to get started: 2) The nice thing about Korrio is your account can be used for multiple clubs and sports. So you may already have an account for another reason. Korrio will walk you through checking for an account based on your address. If you think you do not have an account, click on Create an Account:

2 3) Korrio will ask you to check first to make sure you don t create a duplicate account. Enter the address you want to use for your Korrio account. This address will be the one main address that communications will go to for club schedules etc.: 4) If Korrio does not find your address in their system, they will walk you through creating a new acount with that address. Click Continue: 5) Enter your information to set up your family account. Make sure you select a password that you will remember. We will have the ability through Korrio to notify you of schedule changes or field closures via text messages. If you would like that, please be sure to enter the best mobile phone number to reach you and select the appropriate choice for your notification. Click on Next to

4 6) Create as many children as you have in the system so you can register them for various events/programs. Start with one, then when that one is done you can add the next. Korrio will carry through default info as in adderss and health insurance for each new family member: 7) Add additional children or another adult to your account. Eah cild is entered the same way. An additional adult gets entered by licking on the Add Additional Parent Account button, filling in the form and then Korrio will send a message to that adult s address and ask them to complete their own registration. When they complete their registration they will be connected to your family account. When you are done adding family members, click on Begin Registration:

5 8) Select the first family member you want to register. Once your account is already created and your family members set up, this will be the first page you come to when you register. From here you can register adults as coaches, managers, etc, and children for programs: 9) Select the program you would like to register for. Programs will be filtered by age groupd and gender. There may be multiple programs to choose from, and you can register for more than one at a time. If your child falls below the age gorup of the team you would like to register for, select the team that is available and then send an to the coach/team manager so they can move you to their team. Click on Select for the program you want to register for:

6 10) From here you can choose to Finish this registration and Register Another by clicking on the blue button, or you can click on the green Done button to continue with the current registration: 11) You will need to read any required documents (like the medical information/waiver document) by clicking on download, and then click on the check box to accept the terms and then click on the Review Order button to continue:

7 12) Now you can review your shopping cart. Click on Finish to complete your registration: 13) Once you have completed registration you can get back to your family dashboard. This will be where you will find everything you need in the future. All your players schedules will be visible in one calendar. Any photos or comments that your children are tagged in will show here as well. Messages to you sent through the system will be availabe here. This is one of the reasons we chose to move to Korrio we thought the user experience for our families would be superior to what we have now.
