2 AW139 Product Line Overview The AW139 Safety Enhancement Kits and Operational Improvement Kits are designed to enhance the safety, operations and maintenance of the AW139 aircraft. 3 AW139 SAFETY ENHANCEMENT KITS The Emergency Float System with / or without Liferafts consists of the following features: Four Emergency float pods (or emergency float pods with liferaft Pods contain composite cover that is more resistant wear versus fabric cover versions The liferaft (10-Man with 15-Man over load) is integrated in to the forward float *STC Expected Mid 2013

4 AW139 SAFETY ENHANCEMENT KITS The AW139 Liferaft Kit consist of two externally mounted Liferaft Pod Assemblies (LH and RH), a Liferaft inflation reservoir with a mechanical activation system, as well as all the plumbing, pull cables, and hardware required for Installation. Available in a 10-man Liferaft (15- man overload) or 12-man Liferaft with a 17-man overload

5 AW139 SAFETY ENHANCEMENT KITS The Apical AW139 Cable Cutters Kit provides a means of protecting the helicopter during a wire strike by providing the capability to cut a cable or wire before catastrophic damage occurs. Kit features both an upper and lower cutter Available in Short and Long Cable Cutters Configuration Able to cut multiple cables with a combined cable strength of 32,100 lbs Kit contains machined deflectors for the wiper posts Optional GPS Antenna Mount kit available

6 The Anti-Rotation Blocks are fabricated from durable Teflon and install on the lead lad dampers to prevent costly damage to the main rotor head. Durable Teflon Quick and easy installation Reduce maintenance costs

7 The Red Barn Machine AW139 Field Service Kit comes in a fly-away case and includes every tool you will need to perform field maintenance on a AW139 aircraft. 8 Red Barn Machine Ground Handling Equipment AW139 Tail Boom Trailer is designed to transport your AgustaWestland AW139 Tail Boom easily and securely. AW139 Tail Boom Lifting Sling and Attachment is designed to support the Tail Boom during the removal process. AW139 Multi-Purpose Trolley and Engine Transport Stand allows you to support the engine during transport.

9 The DAS AW139 Engine Wash Kit plumbs into the existing wash fittings, making the engine wash system easily accessible from the ground. Makes engine wash system accessible from the ground Easier and faster engine washes One external hose attachment location The Red Barn Machine Series 500 Wash System is a great addition to the Engine Wash Kit. Ideal for hangar or tarmac use. This system will deliver wash and rinse cycles within manufacturer specifications.

10 The Apical AW139 Nose Landing Gear Doors Kit is a complete bolt on solution to reduce drag and cabin noise associated with an open front door wheelhouse. Requires no permanent modification to airframe Uses factory provisions Ships primed and ready for paint Lightweight carbon fiber doors with closed cell foam cores.

11 The Cargo & Cabin Floor Protector Kits are durable lightweight protection for the cargo compartment and passenger cabin areas honeycomb flooring. The Floor Protector panels are constructed of high density, impact resistant aerospace grade polycarbonate that will not warp or crack from extremes of heat or cold. The Cargo Floor Protector Kit consists of three panels and the Cabin Floor Protector Kit consists of two panels that are securely attached to the floor into existing nutplates.

12 The AW139 Cargo Net Kit consists of a durable Cargo Net and the machined guides to optimize the fit of the net inside the baggage compartment of the AW139. The cargo net replaces the cargo net called out in the Agusta flight manual supplement Lifts the limit on cargo height restrictions Compatible with the increase baggage compartment load and extended baggage compartment Agusta service bulletins *STC Pending, date of expectation is TBA

13 The AW139 Cabin Cargo Container Kit consists of one or two robust aluminum Cargo Containers and the means to install them in the main cabin. The kit allows the ability to carry cargo and passengers concurrently in the cabin and can be installed in under 30 minutes to facilitate quick configuration changes. Containers measure approximately 35 x 55 x 24 Can be loaded to 500 kg (1,102 lbs) Completely sealed, and attach to the rail that fastens to the existing seat track. *STC Pending, date of expectation is TBA

14 The Cargo Door Fwd Opening Kit provides improved safety by converting the existing upward opening cargo bay door to a forward opening configuration. Kit includes two sturdy CNC machined hinges, an additional latch and a gas spring Gas Spring assists in opening and closing as well as ensures that the door will not inadvertently close Available for LH / RH cargo bay doors

15 The Cargo Compartment Trim Protector Kit installs easily into existing screws on the lower edge of the cargo compartment to protect it from costly damage. Stainless Steel Scuff Plates Easy Installation

16 The Cargo Compartment Rain Gutter Kit prevents water accumulation in the door seal so that it doesn t pour into the compartment when the door is opened. Compatible on both the OEM upward hinge and DAS Fwd opening Cargo Doors

17 The DAS Maintenance Step Kit provides a secure work platform that is ideally located on the left and/or right side of the aircraft roof so that it can be used by the pilot and maintenance personnel to perform inspections on the main rotor and transmission. Installs easily with bolts into existing plug locations Fabricated from sturdy CNC machined components Steps feature non-slip embossed relief pattern
