4 MXMA 48mm Cone Valve Fork With current MX forks a lot of compression damping is required. To create better comfort, most suspension tuners concentrate on changing the check valve setting. 5 MXMA Cone Valve Kit for 48mm OEM FORKS With the MXMA Cone Valve Kit you can upgrade one of the most important part of your bike to get the biggest advantages of a factory fork for an attractive price. This aluminium cartrige system can be inserted into original WP forks. The cartrige system considerably improves the whole suspension system of the bike. The WP closed cartrige system has an internal reservoir and by pressurizing the oil in this reservoir the damping is much more consistent. Developed for the race, the cartridge system has no hydraulic stroke limitation, so that the pilot can continually control the suspension characteristics. The system can be fully adjusted externally. 6 TRAX Shock LINK & PDS WP Suspension has extended successful 5018 MX Competitions shock absorber range with the ingenious, self adjusting WP-TRAX system to obtain the highest levels of grip ever achieved on a motocross circuit. WP-TRAX is a very compact, mechanical system that is integrated into the bottom section of the shock tab absorber. WP has developed the inventive WP-TRAX system in close co-operation with off-road world champions. WP-TRAX detects when the pressure on the rear wheel decreases then immediately activates the mechanism by which the rear wheel is pushed back to the ground in milliseconds. This results in absolute maximum traction under all conditions faced on motocross tracks. 4

10 On Road Competition Cartridge This aluminium cartridge system can be inserted into original forks. The cartridgesystem considerably improves the whole suspension system of the bike. 17 4014 Emulsion, 4014 Fusion, 4014 Spin 4014 Emulsion This shock-absorber offers greater riding comfort and response than the original suspension in your bike. This is the basic shock-absorber in the 4014 series. This emulsion version improves the traction of your bike leading to safer riding. All of WP shock absorbers are fully serviceable. 18 4014 Emulsion, 4014 Fusion, 4014 Spin 4014 Fusion The 4014 Fusion shock absorber has been constructed for motorbikes with limited mounting space. By mounting the separation piston in an easily accessable place, the performance of the bike is identical to that of those where the separation piston is directly fixed on the shock absorber. Both the compression, divided into high- and low-speed and the base of the suspension unit, can be adjusted. The 4014 Fusion guarantees a longer suspension life, increasing traction and thus reducing general wear and tear of the tyres. To enable an easy and fast weight fitting the 4014 Fusion is also availible with a hydraulic preload adjuster. All of WP s shock absorbers are fully serviceable. 23 Preload Adjusters WP Preload Adjusters are a simple, mechanical spring pretensioner with a simple handling. The PA can be adjusted quickly and easily and is very robust and constant. For Off Road also available in combination with the unique TI system for enduro. TI-System In combination with PDS shocks and Preload adjusters, the WP patent TI system enables soft response for small shock movements in combination with a hard setup, which is especially important for Enduro rides in unpredictable terrain. The TI system and the preload adjusters are available in complete sets as well as separately (depending on your shock model). 25 Handlebar Risers & PHDS The PHDS (Progressive Handlebar Dampening System) is a system supported by elastomers designed to absorb engine and chassis vibrations. The system also dampens the forces acting on the handlebar in a horizontal and vertical direction, maintaining steering precision. 26 Startring This is how the factory riders start! The factory startring is mounted directly on the fork. Before the start, the fork is dipped and fixed in the desired position to shift the centre of gravity forwards. This to a large extent prevents the front wheel from lifting at the start, thus providing greater traction and perhaps securing you the odd holeshot or two. The first time the fork dips, the fixing is slackened and the fork released automatically.
