1 Outdoor Fitness Stations

2 Fitness Stations whether you are a beginner or a star gain the most out of their exercise, itrack provides 16 activity stations plus warmup and cool down stations to give you a complete workout, with design options. Available in a wide array of colors, activity stations are completely modular, with group them in a cluster or individually down a trail, allowing communities to do a phased exercise trail, adding stations as budgets, trail growth, or usage grows. Each station includes a complimentary and the muscle groups worked. Each event includes eight exercises created in partnership with an Advisory Team of experts from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Each sign provides Warm-Up & Cool Down Signs Each sign frame can accommodate two another on the back. Use the attached handle for stretching. Sign graphics are fading and wear. Step-Up Fitness Station and grip handle for extra stability allows the opportunity to strengthen the lower body, including calves, quads and hamstrings.
