Where did your energy go? Do you feel like you are out of the gas when you wake up? You have no energy all day long. You wonder if you can go to work. You lay in bed all day but never seem to have enough energy. Maybe if you laid in bed for two days straight you can save enough energy to get through a whole day. So what s causing your energy to crash? Why is your energy inconsistent? Is there anything you can do about it? Is the thought of exercise too much? You can barely get through a day. You feel exhausted at the end of your day. You don t have the energy to exercise. So what s causing your chronic fatigue? Will you ever have energy again?
Is it your thyroid? Your doctor suspects its your thyroid. What he really means is he has a pill if you have a thyroid problem. So you get your blood tested and your thyroid hormones are low. So he gives you a pill to replace low thyroid hormones. But he didn t really say the cause of your low thyroid hormones. He just says your thyroid hormones are low and that s why you re tired. He didn t tell you someone else with high thyroid hormones is complaining about low energy. What does he tell them? He tells them their thyroid hormones are too high and that s why they have low energy. He tells them to take the same thyroid pill that you are taking. Does that make any sense? It doesn t. I have met people with normal thyroid hormones and they have low energy. I have met people with low thyroid hormones and they don t complain about low energy. I have met people with high thyroid hormones and they don t complain about low energy. It s a small group of people who actually have a low energy due a thyroid hormone issue. Those people love their thyroid pill. They can t live without it. Most people s low energy is not caused by thyroid hormone imbalance.
Is it your adrenals? Your doctor may suspect adrenal exhaustion. Most holistic doctors think it s adrenals. Adrenals are always exhausted in chronic fatigue. What caused the adrenals to be fatigued? Your doctor keeps giving you adrenal support stuff. It keeps the adrenals working but they get exhausted quickly. Adrenal exhausting feels like running out of gas. It s really hard to keep the car running without gas. Adrenals kick in when the liver is not generating enough energy. The liver receives hormones from the thyroid and makes energy. The liver releases amino acids, sugars, vitamins and minerals and makes sure your cells can absorb. So the liver is the real source of continuous energy. The more stable your liver can be, the more stable your energy will stay.
What else can cause my energy crash? Your energy crash may be caused by toxins stuck in your liver. The liver doesn t have enough nutrients to detoxify toxins and maintain energy. You stop detoxifying toxins and maintain energy. A solution to your energy problem is get toxins out of your liver. This allows your liver to focus on maintaining energy. This is why many people experience a rush of energy during a detox. They get all the vitamins and minerals to detoxify toxins and maintain energy. Sometimes the toxins can t come out with a juice detox. You ll need a heavy duty detox with herbs. This is a deeper level of cleanse and gets rid of toxins that don t come out with juice detox. The kidneys also eliminate toxins and may need help. Toxins that can t be eliminated by kidneys go back into circulation and accumulate in the liver. This makes the liver have to work harder. A complete liver and kidney detox may be your solution to getting more energy.
You can help your friend with their health problem when the doctor has run out of options: Does your friend have any chronic health problem that is not responding to medical care? Does your friend have a chronic health problem that is getting worse while on medical care? Does your friend have more problems after they started medical treatment? Does your friend want a better and safer solution to their health problem? Handle the cause of the problem and not the symptoms.
