1 10Ton capacity waste tyre pyrolysis plant details Basic information Input: used whole tyres, shred tyres Output: 45%-50% crude oil, 30% carbon black, 15% steel wire Heating material: coal / wood / fuel oil / natural gas Machine cover area: usually 400 square meters, 40meters length, 10meters width. Reactor material: Q345R Boiler plate Products usage Crude oil: Oil from this machine can be used as industrial fuel for burning. Carbon black: First, Carbon black from this machine is crude. You can sell it to the brick factory as internal combustion or to the factory which need it as raw materials, such as shoe, tire, cable and sealant companies. Second, could make further process, make carbon black powder into carbon black briquette, and use it for burning. Steel wire: It can be sold to the iron and steel company directly Waste gas: we have a special design could recycling it into fire furnace for burning. Working process Auto-feeder load the whole waste tires into reactor, seal the reactor and heat the reactor by burning the fuel (coal, wood, natural gas, oil) in the combustion system. There is a thermocouple installed the oil gas outlet to test the oil gas temperature, when thermocouple show 120 Celsius degree, the oil gas will come out, then go through the cooling system become oil. At same time, there are some gas (CH4, C2H6, C3H8, C4H10 and H2) cannot be cooled under normal pressure; they will be recycled back to combustion system to burn as energy. The dust and sulfur gas will be removed by the dust removing system.

2 After the oil gas run out, there are slag (carbon black) inside of the reactor, HUYAYIN use the automatic discharging system to remove it. Then HUAYIN use auto-feeder to remove the tire wire steel. After-sale service 1. Installation and Training: Our Company will send one technician for each set of machine for guiding you installation, debug the machine and training your workers. The installation period shall be around 40 days. You should pay for round-trip tickets, food and accommodation for our technician, and also at least 50USD/Day salary. 2. Environmental protection It will include four parts: water, slag, gas, noise Water includes two parts, cooling water and de-dusting chemical water. Cooling water, just temperature higher, no pollution. Slag, it is by-product; we can also called it carbon black. Above has mentioned the usage, please check it. Gas includes two parts, exhaust gas and smoke dust. Exhaust gas is Methane, Ethane...these kind of gas are every easy to burning, here we make a special design could recycling it into fire furnace, heating the reactor. Smoke dust, it is generated from burning coal / wood. Through de-dusting system, it could meet the emission standard of national requirement. Noise: under 75db.

4 Safety devices Our machine equipped with anti-clogging device, pressure gauges, alarming system, safety valves, negative pressure device (vacuum device), and oil-water separator. Usually our machine is working under normal or negative pressure. In case of congestion, cause pressure, alarming system will ring, if no response from workers, safety valve could release pressure automatically. Negative pressure device could make sure our machine working under negative pressure, more safety. Oil-water separator could avoid oil gas go back to reactor, cause explosion.
