4 Instructions for Manual Assembling of 2mm Capillary Hose 1. Cut the hose using proper shears, automatic or manual cutters. The cut must be perfectly square and smooth. 4. Push the insert inside the hose 2. Insert the sleeve on the hose with the groove towards the hose side to be assembled 5. Make the nut slide onto the external part of the insert (flare) and push the sleeve till it covers the bottom of the free insert 3. Insert the nut onto the hose Note that a correctly crimped sleeve should be approximately 7.1mm in diameter. 6. Assemble the hose by positioning manual pliers on the sleeve covering its whole surface. Crimp till hand pliers open automatically. A second crimping is useful to obtain a safer assembling

8 Instructions for Assembling with Cordless Hydraulic Manual or Electric Crimping Machine 1. Put the sleeve onto the hose part to be assembled and position the sleeve in line with the hose end 4. Slide the sleeve onto the hose till it reaches the hook groove of the insert 2. Whenever the inserts are provided with proper grooves, slide the o-rings into them 5. Assemble the hose by positioning the sleeve in line with the end of the crimping die 3. Slide the nut onto the insert, then push the insert inside the hose 6. For a safer assembling, repeat the operation turning two or three sides of the crimped sleeve Warning: Before proceeding with assembling, please carefully read the instructions provided together with the crimping machine and do not crimp before setting the crimping dies.
