He is the founder of YESFX Ltd. He is the head of the business development department and the strategic planning and execution of the business and client development of YESFX Global. Under his supervision is the company s technical analysis department. He is an approved instructor of financial educational programs by the Human Resource Development Authority (HRDA) in Cyprus. He owns a degree in Business Administration (B.A.I.B.A) with specialization in finance from the University of Newcastle in the United Kingdom. He works in the financial sector as a technical analyst since 1998 and writes articles for the financial press since Kyriakos Charilaou was born in 1982 in Cyprus. He is one of the major shareholders of YESFX Ltd. Mr Charilaou holds all professional qualifications in the field of financial technical analysis, CMT (Chartered Market Technician - MTA), CFTe/MSTA (Certified Financial Technician - IFTA/STA). He is the head of the strategic planning and execution of the company s training and educational programs seminars that YESFX Global offers to its clients. Mr Charilaou is responsible for the monitoring inhouse and remote prop-traders performance employed by YESFX to manage company s own funds. He is fully licensed by the Cyprus Stock Exchange Commission (CySec) with the professional licenses of: Execution of orders on behalf of Clients, Dealing on own account, Portfolio Management and Investment Advice. He is a holder of a masters degree (M.B.A) in Financial Mathematics from the University of Lancaster in the United Kingdom. He works in the financial sector as technical analyst since John Kittis was born in 1973 in Cyprus. He studied accounting, business administration and technical analysis of financial markets. The past 14 years he has been an active trader and trading coach having trained over a thousand traders and fund managers at the most prominent financial organizations over the world. John Kittis started his professional trading career at AAA United as a prop trader ( ). From 2003 till 2008 he served as chief dealer and trading coach (in association with Reuters) for Smartline Ltd. In 2009 he served as managing director of Dubai Capital Group where he served till the takeover of the group. He is currently trading and coaching traders.

4 Global Recognition The Certified Financial Technician CFTe diploma is a world class recognized professional qualification by the most prestigious societies of technical analysis in the world. By obtaining such a professional qualification immediately you become a member of the Society of Technical Analysts of the UK (S.T.A.) and a member of the International Federation of Technical Analysts (I.F.T.A.). The main point that should draw your attention is that the CFTe diploma is a well-known recognized professional qualification that is recognized and usually is a must by all financial institutions, investment firms and investment banks. 5 yesfx Important dates and program schedule Start Date: 26th of April months (26/04/ /10/2016) By the 26th of October 2016 students will be taught all the relevant material to pass with success the CFTe Level I and Level II exams. Exam Date: CFTe - Level I: Week of the 15th of July 2016 and week of the 15th of September 2016 CFTe - Level II: week of the 15th of October 2016 in cil (the exam venue will be announced 6 weeks before students that have successfully passed their exams. The date will be announced towards the end of this professional program. STA Diploma from the Society of Technical Analysts in be given to all graduates who successfully finish our academy s trading program.

7 Certified Financial Technician (CFTe) Level II The aim of the CFTe Level II examination is to confirm that the candidate possesses the professional knowledge, understanding and skills to pursue a career in technical analysis within the investment community. In particular, at the end of the training period qualified technicians are expected to have a good understanding of, and practical experience in, the major techniques listed below, together with a wide range of timing and analytical tools and indicators to enable them to select the most advantageous portfolios, trades, hedges etc. for their clients, their employees or their own trading systems. The syllabus is therefore designed primarily to ensure that students will gain the necessary skills to pursue their careers to a more advanced level in a professional manner, and also to provide investors with the knowledge and confidence in technical analysis that will enable them to make better informed trading decisions. Chapters: 1. Bar charts. Gaps, islands, key reversals. Defining price objectives from gaps and patterns on bar charts. Arithmetic versus logarithmic scales. 2. Moving averages arithmetic, weighted, and exponential. Centered, non-centered and advanced. Single, double and multiple moving average crossovers. Moving envelopes, including Bollinger Bands. 3. Candle charts and candle patterns. Renko charts, Heiken-Ashi candles, Swing charts. 4. Point and figure charts. Construction, scale, box reversal, objective counting. Advantages and disadvantages compared to other types of chart. 5. Dow Theory. 6. Chart patterns, e.g. triangles, flags, pennants, diamonds, broadening patters (megaphones), wedges. 7. Reversal patterns and how to identify/anticipate them. Rounding tops and bottoms, head and shoulders, spikes, double/triple/multiple tops and bottoms. 8. Trend. How to draw correct short, medium and long-term trendlines. Trend channels. Return lines and internal trendlines. Unconventional but useful trendlines. Acceleration. Speed lines. Trend characteristics. 9. Consolidation how and why it occurs. Breakouts and how to recognize them. 10. Corrections: when and how far. 11. Support and resistance. The various chart points and facts that can act as such. 12. Basic elements of Gann Theory. 13. Basic elements of Elliott Wave Theory. 14. Fibonacci series, fan lines, arcs and time zones. 15. Cycles. Amplitude, length, phase, harmonicity, synchronicity, left and right translation. Detrending. 16. Relative performance and how to interpret relative strength charts. 17. Momentum indicators and oscillators including: a. Rate of change Welles Wilder s RSI Stochastics (%K&D) b. Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD) & MACD histogram c. Directional Movement Indicator Parabolics Commodity Channel Index 18. Volume signals and indicators, including On-Balance Volume, Volume Accumulator etc. Open interest. 19. Breadth indicators. 20. Sentiment indicators and contrary opinion. 21. Market ProfileTM including Construction, TRO, Point of control, Value Area, Normal Day, Trend Day, Double Distribution Day, Neutral Day, Non Trend Day. 22. Investor psychology individual and group. 23. Ichimoku Charts, including Turning Line, Standard Line, Span 1 and Span 3, Lagging Line, Cloud construction and interpretation. 24. Statistics: Measures of dispersion - standard deviation, variance. 25. Statistics: Measures of central tendency: Mean, Median, Mode. 26.
