It is likely that any other vehicle involved in an accident also has third party insurance cover. Depending on the circumstances of the accident, you may be entitled to claim for your personal injury against the third party insurance of the party responsible for the accident. The extent of such third party insurance varies in different States and Territories and Star RV strongly recommends that you take out your own Personal Injury Travel Insurance. If you are responsible for the accident the Vehicle's third party insurance should cover you for your liability except where you have committed a breach of the Vehicle's third party insurance e.g. drink driving. Property Damage The Vehicle is insured for damage to it or damage to the property of a third party. However you are responsible up to the amount of the applicable Liability for the cost of such damage to third party property, or to the rented Vehicle. You are also responsible for the cost of demurrage for the period the Vehicle is unavailable due to repairs. The Liability applies in respect of each claim, not per rental. The Liability is applicable regardless of who is at fault and must be paid at the time the accident is reported to Star RV, not at the completion of the rental period. The Liability will be refunded if Star RV is successful in recovering the cost of the damage from the third party.

2 Vehicle Age Guarantee All vehicles in the Star RV fleet are less than 6 months. This age is determined from the date the vehicle is first on fleet Standard Liability Star RVs rental charge includes a Standard Liability of AU$7500 A Bond of AU$7500 will be collected from you at the time of entering into this Agreement. Payment of this Bond is only accepted by credit card. The AU$7500 will be debited to the credit card account immediately upon you entering into this Agreement. A credit card surcharge applies The Standard Liability can be reduced by purchasing one of the following Reduction Options: Security Deposit (Bond) For security purposes, only credit card can be used to provide a Bond. The credit card holder must be present and able to sign for the Bond upon vehicle collection. The credit card holder is jointly and severally liable for any damage to the rental vehicle. The Bond is fully refundable when the vehicle is returned to the correct location on time, is full of fuel and all other terms of the Rental Contract have been complied with. If there is damage to the vehicle on its return, the Bond will be used to cover the cost of such damage up to the amount of the relevant Liability. However, if the terms of the Rental Contract are breached and the Bond is insufficient to cover the damage then any extra cost will be charged. Your Full Responsibility At all times you will be responsible for: Damage caused where the terms of Rental Contract have been breached. Damage caused by negligence. Damage caused to the Vehicle in any way by part or total water submersion or salt water. Damage caused due to a single vehicle roll over. Damage caused to the Vehicle by the renter's willful conduct. Damage caused to the Vehicle when using the Vehicle in contravention of any legislation or regulation controlling vehicular traffic. Damage or loss caused to any personal belongings. Damage caused due to use of incorrect or contaminated fuel. Damage to the awning Damage to the slide out Damage to the overhead or underbody of the Vehicle. Except where the Star RV Pack/Inclusive is purchased Rental Charges Day of pick up and day of drop off are included as days of rental regardless of time of pick up and drop off. When a rental moves from one rate season into the next, the calculation is based on both rates. Rental Duration The minimum rental for all vehicles is Seven (7) days. A one-way rental has a minimum rental period of at least seven days. Exceptions: Between 15 December 2013 and 05 January 2014 where the minimum rental is 10 days and rentals during the Bathurst & Philip Island MotoGP race has a 10-day minimum rental period applies from Cairns, Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney. Minimum rental periods are subject to change during peak seasons.

3 Branch Location: All Branches Closed Christmas Day, New Years Day, Good Friday, Anzac Day (25th April) and Australia Day Observed Public Holiday (28 January). All rentals picking up or dropping off on Boxing Day (26 December 2013) will incur an additional $100 surcharge Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne: - 1 September April am to 4.30pm seven days a week - 1 May August am to 4pm CLOSED Sundays Cairns: - 1 May October am to 4.30pm seven days a week Transfer Vehicles must be collected and returned to our branches (not airports). Star RV will refund up to AU$25 from the closest Airport to the Star RV Branch on the day of pickup. Receipt must be presented for reimbursement. All other transfers are at the customer s own expense. Credit Cards Apollo's preferred payment method is by credit card. Apollo accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club. Visa and MasterCard will incur an additional 2.0% on any transaction. American Express and Diners Club will incur an additional 4.5% surcharge fee on any transaction. Driver's Licence: A current and full state or national driver's license is required per driver at pick-up. Provisional licenses are not accepted. If the license is not readable in English, an international driver's license must accompany the original license. An accredited English translation will be accepted in lieu of an international driving permit. The license must have been held for at least 2 years and be valid for the whole length of the rental. The original driver s license must be shown at time of pickup when the driver is present Age Restrictions The minimum age to drive the vehicle is 21 years and the maximum age is 75 years. Drivers over the age of 75 years of age or over, a current medical certificate stating that the driver is fit to drive for the duration of the hire is required upon vehicle collection. Kitchen and Personal Kits Each vehicle is supplied with complimentary living equipment (such as bedding, cooking equipment, eating utensils and tea towels). Bedding includes (per person), a doona (duvet), bed sheet, pillow, pillow case and bath towel. Star RV customers may exchange their linen and bedding during their rental at any Star RV Branch. Customer must call 48 hours prior to arrange this service. Maps and Campground Guides Each vehicle is supplied with a complimentary Road Atlas as well as campground guides. Star RV clients receive a 10% discount at Big 4 ( and Top Tourist Parks ( Apollo supplies the discount cards at vehicle pick-up. Star RV Welcome Pack Each vehicle is supplied with a complimentary Star RV Pack for the first night. The pack contains

4 matches, mini shampoo and conditioner, dishwashing liquid, sponge, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea and sugar satchels. Camp Chairs $17 each per rental Camp Table $24 per rental Baby and Booster Seat Configurations Star RV Aquila: Cannot be fitted Star RV Phoenix: 1 x Baby Seat and 1 x Booster Seat Star RV Pegasus Slider: 1 x Baby Seat and 1 x Booster Seat Star RV Hercules: 1 x Baby Seat and 1 x Booster Seat Child restraints from overseas may not conform to the stringent standards required in Australia. Star RV therefore strongly recommends overseas renters not to bring their own child restraints, as they will not be allowed to use them in Star RV vehicles. Star RV advises that clients should travel to and from their branches via taxi. If clients have children that require a child restraint then Star RV strongly recommends clients pre-order a taxi with appropriate child restraints to meet their requirements. Baby Capsules Baby capsules are not permitted in any Star RV vehicle. Baby Seats and Booster Seats Cost is $30 each per rental. Baby Seats are required for young children as follows: - 9 to 18 kg weight; or - 6 months to 3 years of age (on average); or - above 70cm in length. Booster Seats are required for young children as follows: - 14 to 26 kg weight; or - 3 to 8 years of age (on average). Bikes and Surfboards Bulky items, such as bikes and surfboards, are not permitted in (or on) the Star RV vehicles. The Star RV vehicles do not come with roof racks, bike racks or tow bars. Items such as golf clubs and fold up wheelchairs are permitted. With all bulky items, Star RV does not accept any responsibility for any damage caused to the client's property. However clients are responsible for any damage that the bulky items cause to the rental vehicle, regardless of any Liability Cover taken. L.P. Gas Refill Service Fee The gas bottle(s) is supplied full. A service fee is payable on pick up of the vehicle: $25 Star RV Aquilar $35 Star RV Phoenix, Regasus Slider & Hercules The gas bottle can be returned empty to Star RV at the completion of the rental. The fee applies for each part of a multiple rental.

5 One Way Rentals One way rentals are available between all branches subject to the minimum rental periods in the above table. A one way rental fee of AU$260 is charged for rentals 20 days or less per segment. Travel Restrictions 2WD Vehicles: Two Wheel Drive Vehicles can only be driven on sealed/bitumen roads or well maintained access roads less than 12 km long to recognized campgrounds. Vehicles are NOT permitted to travel to Tasmania, on Fraser Island or Moreton Island Star RV reserves the right at its sole discretion to restrict vehicle movements in certain areas due to adverse road or weather conditions, and the distance to nominated destinations in relation to the length of the rental period. Change of Vehicle Star RV reserve the right to substitute a comparable vehicle or superior vehicle at no extra cost. This shall not constitute a breach of contract, and does not entitle the renter to any refund. Vehicle Category Vehicles cannot be requested by make or model, only by vehicle category. Voluntary Downgrade Should the renter decide to take a lesser vehicle than booked they will not be entitled to any refund. Roadside Assistance All vehicles are enrolled in the Australian Automobile Association and emergency roadside assistance is available in all States. Repairs Although Star RV run late model vehicles, it may happen that small repairs are required. Repairs up to $100 may be affected without authorization and will be reimbursed. For amounts over $100, Star RV will need to be informed in advance. Traffic Infringements Star RV reserve the right to charge the renter for any speeding or parking fines, traffic infringements and road toll fines. An additional administration fee of AU$100 will apply to cover the costs of processing. Limit of Liability In the event of no alternative vehicle being available to the renter our liability is limited to a refund of the hire charge or in the case of mechanical failure (unless caused by the renter) the remainder of the hire period. Change of Drop-off Destination If the renter wishes to change the drop off destination after the rental has commenced, they first must obtain authorization from the Star RV Head Office. Subject to the change being approved, an additional charge of $700 will be charged. Rental Extension If the customer wishes to extend the rental whilst on hire, they must first obtain authorisation from Star RV Reservations who will advise of the additional costs. Rental extension is subject to fleet

6 availability. The extra cost (Gross Rate) of an extended rental must be paid by credit card over the telephone or at any Star RV Branch immediately on confirmation of the rental extension. Failure to obtain authorization will result in the renter being charged double the daily gross rental rate. Travel Insurance Star RV strongly recommends that clients ensure they take out the highest level of Travel Insurance. Animals No animals are permitted in our vehicles, excluding guide dogs. Important Star RV reserves the right to refuse any rental at our discretion. Rates/Terms/Conditions Are subject to change without notice.
