Through a year-long practicum, we equip you as a biblically grounded leader. With your practical training and defensible Christian worldview, you ll be ready to bring real healing to our culture and communities.

8 Change your life and transform your faith. Weekly Discover how the Centurions Program will prepare you to live out your calling through 12 months of comprehensive Christian worldview study. Self Study Monthly Remote Gatherings 1st Weekend Residency: Gather in the Washington, D.C., area, for an inspiring weekend of training. Initiate relationships with faculty and peers that will challenge and sharpen your walk and influence. 2nd Weekend Residency: Return to the Washington, D.C., area, for a second weekend of high-powered instruction and collaboration. Cement empowering friendships that will last a lifetime Identify Your Personal Mission Field: Identify the unique personal mission field in your community to which God has called you to serve. Weekly Self Study Monthly Remote Gatherings (online) Affiliate program schedules may vary.

9 Teaching Practicum: Practice the teaching skills you are acquiring by instructing your peers on a relevant topic. Commissioning Residency: With your training complete and your Three-Year Personal Ministry Plan ready to implement, you will gather to be commissioned during the final residency weekend Living as a Centurion. Your commission equips you with: Lifelong discipline to study and apply God s word in every area of life. Vision to see where God wants to use you to make change in your world. Capacity to live out your Personal Ministry Plan.

12 Who are the Centurions? Centurions come from every walk of life: doctors, business leaders, soldiers, full -time parents, pastors, and more. They make up an influential and growing network of more than 1,000 well-equipped disciple makers. Connected across the globe, they share one common purpose and a passionate vision for bringing God s redemptive peace to a hurting culture. 13 Commissioned to change the culture and community. Centurions Founder Chuck Colson identified the trend toward passive Christianity. He was concerned that Christianity was being reduced to a mere personal relationship. We were at risk of losing our sacred calling as salt and light. When he launched the Centurions Program in 2004, it was to commission a new generation of serious disciples, possessing clear headed theology and the practical discernment for applying it to their everyday lives. All Centurions develop a tangible, Three-Year Personal Ministry Plan, an explicit roadmap for living out their calling at home, in their churches, in their communities, and in the culture at large. Together, Centurions begin to practice biblical discipleship. Once commissioned, you will continue to disciple those around you and model the way of Christ with growing maturity each day as you follow your personal ministry journey just as Chuck Colson himself did.
