4 Emerging Stream The Emerging Stream is an 18-month transformational experience for ministry leaders (ages 25-40) serving in church or parachurch ministry. Arrow s intentional and personalized approach accelerates growth for ministry leaders who are seeking to significantly deepen and increase their leadership capacity. The Arrow Program is a wholistic approach to leadership development which focuses on the calling, character and compentency of leaders. 6 Executive Stream The Executive Stream is an 18-month transformative experience carefully crafted to meet the leadership development needs of executive Christian leaders. This stream focuses on practical, personal and organizational leadership training and seeks to maximize the effectiveness of executive leaders and their organizations. Arrow believes that excellent leaders and organizations change the world. Each class is comprised of a dynamic composite of three key groups of Christian leaders: 1 2 Senior or executive 3 Christian leaders in positions of executive leadership within Christian non-profit organizations. pastors seeking to grow thriving churches.
