2 The TAG Shared Ownership Program is a structure whereby a group of approximately 5-12 individuals acquire a TAG 60 through the purchasing of shares a company that owns the said asset. The asset is then cost effectively and conveniently, managed by Chart Co., a skilled management company that will, on behalf of the share owners provide a turn key operation leaving them to arrive and enjoy their cruising and leisure time. 3 5 Years Your choice of program The shared ownership program has 3 distinct programs on offer. Each tailored to different needs with different offerings. LOCALIZED REGIONAL WORLD CRUISE The Yacht is centrally based in a region Each year the yacht is moved form the base to a different satellite cruising ground in the region. The owners therefore experience the base area each year and also a new destination. Maintenance and yacht management is from the base. Owners have the option of joining in the adventure of the deliveries between the base and outlying areas. The Yacht is centrally based in an ocean region e.g Indian Ocean The yacht has a 5 year itenarary to cruise the best destinations of the region. The owners therefore experience a new cruising ground each year. Maintenance and yacht management is serviced at locations along the route. Owners have the option of joining in the adventure of the deliveries between destinations or just joining the yacht at the destination. Maintenance and yacht management is serviced at locations along the route. 4 SEYCHELLES LOCALIZED PROGRAM The Seychelles program is the first on offer. The Yacht will be based at Eden Island, Seychelles providing you with the combination of island style accommodation and your time on the yacht. The program is ideal for South Africans with affordable and convenient access from South Africa to the Seychelles and all the satellite destinations. The yacht will be based at Eden Island in the Seychelles and cruise the Seychelles Islands for the most of the year. Annually a satellite destination will be explored according to the ideal conditions for the area. The areas to be explored include: Mauritius, Reunion, Comores, Madagascar, East coast of Africa from Mozambique to Tanzania, Zanzibar, to the Maldives and Chagos Islands. The adventurous sailors can join the professional crew in delivering the yacht between the Seychelles and the satellite destination. Those only interested in cruising the island chains can fly into the area once the yacht arrives.

5 The Yacht will be based in Eden Island, Seychelles where the Yacht Owners will each have a maximum period of 2 months usage of the Boat to travel from the base to their preferred choice of destination either by sailing or flight where Explorations, Discoveries and Leisure s can be enjoyed by all aboard the TAG 60. Firstly, Fractional Catamarans offer its co-owners a truly luxury hassle-free yachting experience for discerning people wanting to enjoy five star treatment aboard a mega catamaran in paradise. The yacht on offer is a TAG 60. A Luxury High Performance Catamaran built by TAG YACHTS, St Francis Bay, South Africa. The TAG 60 accommodates up to 8 guests, or 6 guests including 2 enthusiastic yachting professionals. The operation of the Localized Fractional Ownership Program will run as follows: Chart Co. The skilled management company will on behalf of the owners ensure all logistics are taken care off. These services are made available at the share owners discretion and are not included in the initial cost of the yacht.
