ARRIVAL TIME Please allow 30 minutes before your treatment time so that you can change, relax, have an herbal tea and enjoy Spa facilities. Late arrivals could result in a reduction of treatment time. CANCELLATION POLICY We please you to cancel your appointment at least 4 hours prior the starting time. Late cancellations: a 50% charge will be incurred for any treatment not cancelled 4 hours prior to your scheduled time. No shows will incur a charge of 100% of the treatment cost. SPA ETIQUETTE To respect relaxation and a tranquility environment, the spa is a mobile phone, camera, super alcohol and smoke-free zone. We please you to wear bathing suit in the wet zone. For your security please wear training shoes in the gym. HEALTH CONDITIONS Before any treatment our staff will kindly ask you to fill in a Health Questionnaire.

CHILDREN S POLICY Access to the spa heat experiences ( steam room, sauna ) and gym are restricted to over 16 s. Minors between 9 and 16 are welcome to the treatment zone but they must be accompanied by an adult. We will use for them only natural products. NON-RESIDENT GUESTS Non-residents are welcome and they can enjoy our spa facilities (sauna, steam room, indoor heated pool, relaxing area) booking a treatment. Credit card details could be required upon reservation. SPA FACILITIES Steam rooms, saunas, indoor heated pool, outdoor Kneipp walking path and relaxing area are available to all Qvisisana Hotel guests. Indoor heated pool is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. From 5. p.m. to 9 p.m. indoor pool access is reserved to spa guests only. We will provide robes, towels, slippers and any amenities. VALUABLES: Please never leave jewellery or items unattended. We do not accept any responsibility for lost valuables or items.
